位於荔枝角嘅億利工業中心其實已經靜悄悄地變成一個美食天堂,嚟到生日月,朋友們都急不及待約我食好西,今日就應邀出席呢間FAB KITCHEN初嚐fine dining 。餐廳光線柔和,佈置非常有情調。呢度有Dinner Menu Set亦有主餐牌可供選擇。我哋結果揀咗Dinner Menu Set,首先店員會送上餐包,分別係法包同小餐包,配搭黑醋汁同橄欖油,非常有意式風情。西班牙凍湯係以蕃茄、紅椒、青瓜打蓉而成,三款食材味道可以互相融合,完全唔會搶去其他食材嘅味道,冰凍嘅濃湯入口透心涼,非常開胃,每一口都同時嚐到蕃茄、紅椒、青瓜嘅味道,值得一讚!與此同時,我哋揀咗鰹魚凍豆腐,先將鰹魚做成絲再脆炸,感覺有點像農曆新年時食到嘅芋蝦,配上凍豆腐,同樣是一道開胃菜式。呢道菜將大概五成熟左右嘅牛肉切成薄片,配上帶點熱情果籽的熱情果醬,減去咗牛肉入口的油膩感覺。永遠都估唔到嘅,就係原來龍眼肉配上三文魚籽係咁夾,清甜嘅龍眼肉混入三文魚籽內的魚油,在口腔内結合出一種全新的感覺,簡直係絕配。泰式燒豬嘅賣相就像香港買到的燒肉,不過唔同嘅係佢嘅肉質就能保持嫩滑充滿肉汁,配合白菌,枝豆同菜苗,感覺唔油膩。鴨胸肉
