諗住剛開門嘅時間就攞飛,應該可以早啲有得食啦掛 🤔 聖誕正日一於11:10到達攞飛,不過客人甚多,已經攞到150多號,最後等到1:30終於可以入座 😪餐廳售賣壽司為主,當中也有少量熟食提供。壽司以$12/$22/$27不等,有生有熟種類繁多。熟食方面有炸物、烏冬拉麵及茶碗蒸;仲有十多款甜品選擇。而且會按季節以日本當造嘅材料製作成壽司、熟食、甜品。除咗迴轉帶上嘅壽司,亦可採用Tablet下單,每種食品均附實物圖,方便易用 👍=========================特大生松葉蟹腳 $22今期限定款式,敢食生嘅一定要試!蟹腳好似碟咁長,蟹殼已剝好,完整肥美蟹肉一啖食落去,爽口多汁,一啲腥味都冇。鰻魚卷$27卷物上面鋪住大大塊鰻魚,中間以紫菜包住芝士、青瓜、玉子組成,青瓜口感爽脆嘅同時,芝士夾係中間,又有魚肉的柔軟感,口感豐富宮崎產鰻魚 $27身為鰻魚嘅我當然試多幾款鰻魚嘅壽司啦!鰻魚厚切,相比「極上鰻魚」($22)更大塊,一啖食唔哂,味道差唔多~輕微暖身,上枱前有炙燒過;經燒香後逼出油份,有魚油香,魚肉軟綿綿。山藥鰻魚海苔包 $17山藥磨成蓉,滑潺潺嘅口感男朋友唔鍾意俾埋我😅 不過

以呢個價錢來講,食物質素唔錯;而且香港嘅迴轉壽司,買少見少,睇住各式各樣嘅壽司喺面前行過,比只係見到餐牌上嘅圖片係開心啲嘅。不過,每次想食「壽司郎」之前,都要提醒自己「要有耐性」,補充腳骨力,以應付長長嘅人龍 🤣🤣🤣 =========================
