個friend約我食飯,飯局主題好誇張:「重慶火鍋50強」「舌尖上的中國2」獨家推薦「正宗麻辣鍋」😝😝。入到去眼前一亮,開揚維港景緻+藍天白雲,裝潢光鮮明亮,火鍋細心位如圍裙、各類火鍋用具、擺放隨身物品嘅籃都做得一絲不苟。鮮黃喉,係豬/牛心室輸出個條大動脈血管,高蛋白質,呢個唔知係牛定豬,但肯定新鮮處理,因為咁先會又脆又爽口。OMG! 個湯底個樣幾似樣喎!一邊又麻又辣,一邊係成棵芫茜同糖心皮蛋,清新下火,岩哂friend底圍爐打邊邊!曉宇苕粉,即係紅薯粉。老老實實,粉嘅份量唔多,但可以講係我食過最好味嘅薯粉,夠哂煙韌彈牙又滑一滑。皇帝菜新鮮無渣有菜汁,脆鯇魚腩骨少肉厚,爽脆嫩滑,都幾鮮甜。手打蝦滑彈牙有蝦味,貴花蚌只係灼一灼,入口鮮味爽口!仲有安格斯肥牛同紐西蘭鴨血,鴨血吸左湯底,惹味而且入口幾爽滑。已加入本人必定回頭火鍋list。
