平時好少食中餐,突然想起好耐無去過中央飯店食晚飯,早兩日訂位,食返餐好 魚肚羹:魚肚爽口羹夠味鹽焗雞:招牌菜,好滑,咸味剛好無過火 荔芋香酥鴨:呢個要早一日訂,好鬆化,芋頭味濃,但鴨味反而不突出梅菜扣肉:另一必食菜 ,梅菜夠甜,加上半肥的扣肉,天衣無縫,好夾,唔肥膩生炒骨:合格水準,香,脆,可口金沙奶油大蝦:咸蛋王炒大蝦,夠晒香口,但咸了點綠豆沙:送的甜品,似粥,有米,好綿
