今日細佬生日,佢無乜心水,我見中央飯店咁多好評,一直都想去,於是就今日去試下。好似好多食評咁講,飯店環境係老式飯店咁,最特別係位於商場之內,頗為隱蔽。我地未夠七點去到,都仲有好多位(晏啲就多好多客,但都未坐滿)。今晚只有五個人,加埋點左五餸一湯。由於份量都幾大,最後都食唔晒,剩返少少。白果腐竹豬肚湯:奶白色的湯水非常鮮甜,帶少少胡椒味。鹽焗雞:雞肉好滑好入味,平時唔多食雞的弟婦都多食左幾件。荔芋香酥鴨:外皮炸得好脆,芋泥清甜,但鴨就鞋左少少。油泡生魚:生魚好滑,唔錯。帶子豆苖:一般水準,但都OK。梅菜扣肉:扣肉用左多瘦少肥的,較合而家啲人的口味,梅菜好甜,送飯一流。埋單每人唔使一百,味道不俗,份量又足,確係一個唔錯的選擇。
