是日想食拉麵,即刻黎到登龍街,拉麵店開到花多眼亂,最後入左金田家。 激辛拉麵: 其實唔算係“激辛”,我朋友平時唔食辣都接受到,但佢嘅辣味幾香濃,而且佢既辣係源自肉碎,湯底有層次。而且湯底都真超級濃稠,可以比得上沾麵,但又唔會太咸。不過三塊叉燒真係好肥,比較鍾意食半肥瘦偏瘦叉嘅我真係覺得麻麻地。至於拉麵,我揀左普通,麵韌度適中都唔錯!鹿兒島黑豚拉麵: 豬骨湯底不過不失,黑豚係我鍾意嘅瘦豚肉,而且一d都唔“鞋”,好“淋”。大將餃子:外皮煎得好香脆,皮亦唔算好厚,同埋都幾多餡,算喺幾好!
