週四晚與情人慶祝紀念日 ,始終都係揀食西餐最啱feel。XO仔收工時間準,所以地點就哂honey,過咗海去尖沙咀一家星級廚師主理o既「La Saison by Jacques Barnachon」度食法國餐。餐店喺商場內有部私家升降機,氣派十足。升降機旁有小橋流水,幽靜自然。 小橋o既左邊通往室外座位。右邊則通往餐廳大堂。門旁o既接待處貼有多張黑白照,配上平面吊燈,感覺都幾潮。走廊有個大型酒櫃,似乎食客大多都為飲客。大廳樓底都幾高,環境大方高雅,開揚通爽。大堂中央一排四人散座。埋牆有兩張二人枱。貼窗一角有張配弧形梳化o既圓枱,望落都幾舒服。落地玻璃窗身後原來仲有多張室外座。廳內最奪目必定係枝會發光o既「路易十三」 !餐桌上有紅玫瑰及小蠟燭,為小情人營造出羅曼蒂克o既氣氛 。話明係黎慶祝紀念日,當然係要開樽酒啦!Honey最愛粉紅色,所以就揀咗枝甜身o既「Ackerman Rose d'Anjou」($780/樽)。兩口子決定每人叫三道菜,一個叫餐,另一個散叫,然後全部菜式每人分一半。餐前小食:餐前小食合共有四款,以黑色拼盤上o既三款左起分別為鱈魚咸餅塊、根地(Comte) 芝
