最鍾意發夢,之前已經嚟過呢間餐廳食lunch及dinner,今晚再嚟發吓夢!麵包用袋盛載麵包好得意,一打開麵包香氣四溢,熱辣辣,最愛牛角包,牛油味香濃而且一咬即碎,極級好味忍唔住refill咗幾次Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop帶子輕輕煎到8成熟,切開後啲肉一絲絲,鮮味十足;下面係豆味好濃口感起沙嘅青豆蓉,夾埋帶少少鹹香嘅三文魚子一齊食;旁邊仲有一隻風乾咗嘅日本小澤蟹、開心果碎及竹炭脆條,食落脆脆哋,淨係睇已經滿足晒視覺效果Surprise Dish當然唔會係龍蝦咁簡單啦,原來龍蝦殼入面係松葉蟹肉蛋沙律,上面加咗白桃及黑魚子醬,蟹肉香味濃郁,完全冇被其他配角奪去光彩;旁邊嘅芒果及raspberry gel,除咗靚之外,亦都為看似平淡嘅蛋沙律添上層次Lobster Tail真正嘅龍蝦尾而家出場嘞!上面有菠菜泡沫,醬汁用黑椒、青椒及紅椒一齊煮,有少少辣但非常刺激味蕾!龍蝦尾用慢煮方式烹調,肉質爽口彈牙而且鮮味十足Surprise Dish先淋上玫瑰露再點火,藍色嘅火焰好靚啊!之後將鮑魚加入昆布湯及蘿蔔,鮑魚肉質煙韌,玫瑰露味道都冇搶走鮑魚嘅鮮味Kagoshima(+$

其實食到呢度都已經飽飽哋,再食埋充滿油份嘅鹿兒島A4和牛,肉味濃郁而且富有彈性,旁邊仲有非常新鮮嘅菜及菇,再加上用和牛汁及黑松露煮成嘅醬料,幾飽都食得落
