店員把木盒打開煙霧彌漫,煙霧慢慢散去後,紅蝦他他配綠寶石魚子醬就呈現在眼前💚 綠寶石魚子醬產自南中國海,魚子醬稀少而味道特別鮮美,與鮮甜的紅蝦他他和底層是Burrata芝士和南瓜蓉,一口充滿海洋的滋味🌊 絕對是視覺和味道的雙重享受🥰

第二道菜:

阿拉斯加蟹肉紫菜卷,外層香脆,裡面是多汁而鮮甜的蟹肉🦀 頂部加上少許檸檬啫哩和西蘭花蓉🥦 紫菜和蟹肉的配搭像天婦羅一樣,更有和風感覺🇯🇵


第三道菜:
Abalone Custard
鮑魚茶碗蒸🥚 蒸蛋香濃而綿滑,裡面材料有鮑魚粒、野菌、西班牙風乾火腿、日本滑豆腐、露筍和柚子皮提升香味,味道鮮甜又暖胃🥰



第四道菜:
French Quail (with Matsutake Consommé)
香煎法式鵪鶉,配上椰菜花蓉和醬油漬洋蔥🧅 加上切片黑松露之香氣,乳鴿肉嫩滑味香☺️ 接著有松茸法式清湯(Matsutake Consommé)以高湯和鵪鶉肉汁製作而成的湯品,與主菜味道互相呼應,味道順滑而不膩🥰


第五道菜:
Boston Lobster, Japanese Sweet Potato Gnocchi
波士頓龍蝦帶香辣蕃茄風味🦞 配菜是美國馬鈴薯和日本紫薯製成的Gnocchi,是一種意大利傳統手作的麵團,類似小芋圓的食物🥔🍠 口感煙韌而味道帶有馬鈴薯香味,加上銀魚打成的泡沫,櫻花蝦和蒜片調味,啖啖龍蝦肉令人回味😍


第六道菜:
Surprise dish - Hokkaido scallop
焗原隻北海道帆立貝,厚肉而嫩滑,配以香甜的紅菜頭和黃菜頭,底下像一片海洋的海鹽作點綴,增加視覺效果☺️


第七道菜:
Slow Cooked French Dover Sole
香煎慢煮龍脷魚是法國著名料理🐟把魚肉煎得外脆內嫩,配上帶子裙邊及刁草製作而成的醬汁,龍脷魚捲著帶子,還有三文魚籽帶出兩者的鮮甜,伴上法國小洋蔥,令人津津樂道😍

見到OpenRice 食評唔錯,諗住嚟試吓,結果中伏去之前服務員會再三提示最遲下午1:30要到達餐廳, 下午3:00便要立刻離座,一心諗住有一個1.5 小時的dining experience . 結果事與願違。午餐menu 一個烏冬索價$188, 五片鴨胸$288,冇餐湯冇甜品,只有一籃麵包,水也需要另外收費。食完兩位埋單用埋信用卡折扣都要七百幾蚊,好似冇食過嘢咁,最後去咗食牛腩粉!冇下次!!!!!!!!!!!

平安夜同男朋友book咗呢間Le Reve,諗住難得節日試下fine dining,滿心期待日本法國fusion菜會係點。我地當晚book左8:00,見行到差唔多就大概7:50上去,一打開lift門個waitress就好大聲地講「係咪8:00個轉架?未到你落返去等啦」,我地同同lift嘅情侶都面矇矇地落返去下面企。到8:00正我地就再搭lift,呢個時候見到一大班情侶唔係好高興咗行出lift,相信係俾人催埋單趕落黎。去到食物部分講真味道唔算太差,賣相都幾好,但未去到話好impressive,冇乜邊道菜會好記得,以呢個價位黎講係未達標。不過佢地無論介紹定係上菜等等都好趕,好似去左茶記咁。今次覺得Le Reve認真麻麻,食物還好,主要係因為服務同用餐經驗扣咗唔少分,希望只係因為聖誕節所以先至變差。

見open rice 的評語不錯,朋友想去食生日飯一試。坐低第一件事,問今晚signature menu的surprise dish係咩,問左幾次都答唔到。第一次去呢間餐廳食fine dining,本身對食物質素唔抱有期望,但服務質素方面,至少有基本的水平。令人最深刻的事,通常係第一件/最後一件事。今晚出第一道菜賣相和味道已唔吸引,食左兩啖就停手。其後的每一道菜都無特色,到最後朋友們都覺得失望,唔知食緊咩。 4個人$5582埋單,呢個價錢真心唔值。

總括而言今次嘅用餐體驗都OK,用埋OpenRice嘅優惠券之後每人大概$1000多少少,價錢方面OK 但係我覺得佢哋嘅主食需要再加強了!

Amazing fusion meal with friends. Love all the dishes and every one of them is surprisingly fresh and yummy. Love all the details of the dishes with mindful ingredients matching. Specially love the dish of red prawn tartare with burrata and topping up with caviar. Every mouthful is a taste of freshness and sweetness from the sea!

最後係甜品,粟米味雪糕好好食好香,同埋要稱讚一下寫Happy Birthday 既廚師,寫得好靚🤩

服務方面:
店員好細心講解每道菜嘅食法同特色,態度都很好👍🏼

總括:
價錢合理,Fusion菜黎講唔算貴,但食物味道配搭上可再改良一下,食物方面不過不失,因為不是每道菜都很喜歡,不過可以一試

Booked through the Eatigo app and was told I had to order from one of the 2 Signature menu instead of the lunch menu. This is when I told them I can only do a quick lunch and am happy to forego the Eatigo discounts. Had to stuff all the courses in just over an hour which was horrible. The lunch bill for 2 also came up to HKD1700 even after the 50% discounts.

It’s really a good deal to have the 50% off and the staff were detailed when explaining the ingredients of each dish. Just I can’t say they have very nice nor friendly service, nor having hospitality as they were not polite when we told them my friend was alcohol allergic. N I didn’t feel we were welcomed by them at the entrance and no one bothered to say thank you nor goodbye when we left
