Perfectly soft-boiled eggs and tender juicy meaty poached chicken were marinated in the Korean Mayak sauce, essentially a honey soy sauce mixed in with sesame seeds, green onions and chilli peppers. This Mayak sauce was really good with the hot dry noodles. There's even an additional bowl of spicy dipping sauce on the side, for me to serve my tasty chicken with, of course you might also like to drizzle some more on your yummy noodles.

I didn't even expect to have Korean dishes in a local chicken noodle shop, but trust me, their bossam was absolutely scrumptious. It's grilled pork belly slices wrapped with lettuce. The most impressive part was the ssamjang sauce: IT WAS FANTASTIC. Unique and real Korean flavours, complimented so well with the crunchy pork slices and fresh lettuce.
