Happy Friday! 今晚收工去食好野,地點係觀塘嘅譽宴 • 星海。星期五晚飯時段黎到,人山人海,好彩有訂位。廢事諗,叫左個餐,包好多野食,分別有脆皮燒乳鴿一隻,黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯兩盅,杭州香醋一口骨,黑椒金薯牛仔粒,乾隆石鍋炒飯,同精選甜品。每位$328另加一,茶芥已包。脆皮燒乳鴿脆皮燒乳鴿一隻開邊,上枱嘅時候見到隻乳鴿出哂煙,果然係新鮮熱辣燒起。乳鴿皮脆而肉汁豐富,唔洗點另上嘅喼汁都夠味,我特別欣賞佢唔過鹹。黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯黑蒜螺頭燉雞湯原盅上,熱辣辣,要擺一陣先飲得。先飲一啖湯,超香濃黑蒜味,甜甜哋好正。湯料足,黑蒜㷛到稔哂,又有螺頭同好幾舊豬肉同雞肉,我清哂全部湯料。杭州香醋一口骨(例)杭州香醋一口骨份量好多,眼見嘅都係骨冇配菜,全部食得,啲骨有大有細,都係一口食得哂。個皮係脆嘅,而入面有軟骨有硬骨,細軟骨都食得,肉嫩而味道甜甜酸酸,好好味。骨上面仲撒上果皮絲,伴碟仲有鮮花,賣相不俗。黑椒金薯牛仔粒 (例)牛仔粒都好多,食落嫩口又有牛味。其他配料就有三色燈籠椒,洋蔥,爽又稔嘅菇粒,蔥,同軟稔薯仔粒。呢味餸黑椒味極重但唔過鹹,又有多重口感。乾隆石鍋炒飯 (例)乾隆石鍋炒飯果然成個

乾隆石鍋炒飯果然成個石鍋上枱,足足有5至6大碗飯。飯粒分明,食落煙煙韌韌,配料有唔少帶子,完全唔韌,仲有翠玉瓜粒,蛋花,瑤柱絲,蔥花,食落好香帶子同香蔥味。鍋邊仲有少少飯焦。

精選甜品係桂花豆沙糕。桂花同豆沙呢個組合好似好少見,但係原來食落都幾夾。桂花糕冰凉清香,中和左中間嗰一層豆沙餡嘅甜味。

另外叫左我地最愛既招牌白胡椒蟹,晚市震撼價$298,真係好震撼,見到隻蟹仲震撼,比我之前喺度食過嘅仲大隻。首先好大個蟹蓋,蟹鉗同蟹腳都勁多肉,而啲肉係非常鮮甜多汁又嫩口,都有蟹膏食。

個白胡椒汁調得非常好,服務員上左隻蟹之後先淋碗汁上個鐵板,即刻就聽到吱吱聲同出哂煙,胡椒味唔過濃而又可以適當咁帶出蟹嘅鮮味。呢味招牌白胡椒蟹真心大推,我見好多人都有叫,識食。

食完仲有糖水送。紅豆沙超熱,㷛到起哂沙而仲有粒粒紅豆食吓,甜度適中,為呢餐劃上圓滿句號。
今餐所有餸都好食,特別係招牌白胡椒蟹,兩個人食到好飽,捧住個肚返歸。
