To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 另一驚喜:有前菜雖然分量不多但足夠頂肚先!
雞煲我們選了bb辣,一試之下,這個辣味很對我們胃口很惹味,而且花膠很巨型!
吃過辣味食物,少不了飲品解渴解辣

店員見我們雞煲吃得七七八八,很貼心主動替我們上火鍋湯底。我們點了芫茜皮蛋湯,清熱氣。它的湯底值得一讚十分足料。芫茜控必點
海鮮拼盤擺碟超級美,食物亦新鮮,但如果可以任食就更完美了
由於吃過雞煲,我們也不叫太多火鍋料,免得浪費食物。
雖然飽但仍點了牛小排和豬片,很多吃
另外還有甜點贈送,大滿足

集冰室和火鍋店於一身的懷舊食館有傳統既摺枱、橙紅色既櫈、方形地磚。服務員引領我們上樓,一個個舊式嘅火水爐排列得齊整做裝飾。60年代嘅地磚再加香港既背景,真係有種回到舊時既香港!
火鍋258套餐
呢個係半任食套餐,除左雞同海鮮拼盤外,其他都可以加潻和汽水任飲。
首先是一碟前菜小食
以為係啲咩花生、酸菜, 原來係魚蛋 + 懷舊炸魚球,都幾得意。
招牌鮑魚麻辣雞煲 (定座敬送)
我們揀選了小辣,雞煲上枱後要再煮5分鐘先可享用。雞件醃得濃味.. 雞件肉夠鮮嫩, 鮑魚亦無令人失望;而且雞煲份量真係好大,食完已經覺得有少少飽啦!
芫茜皮蛋鍋
時令海鮮拼盤 (鮮蝦, 廣島蠔,脆肉鯇和花甲)
D海鮮新鮮度唔錯,蝦較大和花甲好肥美。
安格斯牛
任食打邊爐必點美國安格斯牛!牛味香濃。
黑毛豬
豬肉片食落騷味唔算重。
生菜皇帝菜娃娃菜
甜品
最後送上甜品:紅豆雜果涼粉~。
