團結!最近我的煲劇癮又回來了,今次是太陽的後裔,當然不少得去韓燒店感受一下氣氛吧。除了卡位、還有中間的開放式座位,更另有半私穩的座位給一大班人選擇。先來一客清新開胃的沙律。點了龍蝦尾套餐 $620,可以2-3人享用。套餐包括:龍蝦尾、大蝦、多春魚、八爪魚、厚切五花腩、牛肋肉、薄切LA牛骨、芝士生蠔、古早炸醬麵。古早炸醬麵:份量頗多,記著要趁熱品嚐!將全部拌勻,味道微鹹,麵質彈牙。青提子梳打:味道清甜而不假,還有真青提子!魔法梳打:有幾magic? 就是由藍變紫!原理是將檸檬汁倒在飲品內,慢慢會變成紫色!味道就給檸檬梳打。龍蝦尾終於出場了~先將新鮮的龍蝦尾放在爐中,旁邊就有泡菜蛋、芝士粟米。燒得剛好,肉質彈牙鮮甜,啖啖肉。這時候芝士粟米也剛剛好,拉絲芝士十分邪惡,而粟米也是很甜。還是頭一次遇上這樣「厚切」五花腩,實在太吸引,太邪惡。看上脂肪很多很膩,其實燒烤的過程中已將油份迫出。還可以配搭已醃製白蘿蔔片及辣醬,酸中帶出肉香,多一種層次,大大減低油膩感,相當之惹味!牛肉也不錯,沒有那種「蘇」味,我不嗜牛也能品嚐。大蝦,每邊燒8分鐘,然後剪掉蝦頭,蝦身則平放燒,炑八很細心,已開邊。燒得剛剛好
