近排好似幾興用慢煮嘅方式煮食,但我除左慢煮雞胸之外都好少試慢煮嘅食物。今次見呢間嘅店名直情寫明「我愛慢煮」,咁應該有好多慢煮嘅菜式可以試啦。貪食嘅我地叫左三個主菜同埋兩個小食。🦆24小時法式油封鴨脾 $88法式整嘅鴨喺香港唔係好多地方食到,用慢煮嘅方法去處理,同燒味舖嘅鴨肉好唔同,鴨脾肉當然好淋,鴨嘅味道幾濃,可以一試。🐮US 安格斯頂級平鐵扒 $118牛扒一嚟就聞到好香,雖然佢唔係好大塊,但佢調味啱啱好,食落會試到好重牛肉味,肉身切開會見到偏紅,大約七成熟,肉汁豐富,牛扒旁邊會有一條根,但輕輕切走就冇問題,唔會影響到整體塊牛扒嘅口感。🐖16小時美式煙烤燻豬仔骨 $98呢個最有驚喜,慢煮真係唔同啲,豬仔骨主到好淋好好食,係好輕易就可以切開同埋咬到啲肉。個調味都好好,我鍾意呢個。下次如果再食呢間,我都一定會再叫返呢個。🧀芝士忌廉菠菜苗 $28有好多好多芝士,芝士仲多過菠菜,芝士味應該會好鍾意。不過呢餐食咁多肉,我個人就想食菠菜多啲,平時我應該都係會鍾意芝士多啲嘅。🍄芝士溫泉蛋大啡菇 $28一切開啲蛋黃汁就流晒出嚟,好流心。大啡菇亦都幾大,菇都爆汁,幾好。不過呢個嘅調味有啲甜味,我個人就鍾

平時去餐廳飲啲水通常都係落檸檬,呢到應該係落左薄荷葉,啲水有薄荷味,幾得意。
以慢煮嘅食物來講,呢間價錢幾抵。燈光比較昏暗有氣氛,坐得幾舒服,幾適合情侶過嚟食,因爲感覺都幾浪漫。
