我多年前幫襯過「La Crêperie」嘅上環店,味道唔錯,但該舖遷出之後,佢就慢慢喺我腦海裏淡出🙈。直至最近同朋友約食飯,佢提起想食可麗餅,我再上網搵之下,先醒起餐廳喺灣仔仲有店!我哋經網上訂座,一到步已獲男店員熱情招待☺️。佢除咗介紹菜式,更主動分享餐廳嘅背景同美食嘅由來,服務態度非常專業,令整個用餐過程生色不少。接住落嚟我會介紹一連串嘅美食,其中有好多款係薄餅,全部都係薄餅!9. Homemade Brittany Fish Soup ($95),🐟法國魚湯不嬲都出名,而呢度嘅出品更比我之前食過嘅優秀。湯品夠熱冇得輸,散發出濃濃魚香,唔會有腥味。佢另外仲搭配芝士同脆麵包粒,夾埋食味道更正宗,而且芝士不乏拉絲效果。11. Goat Cheese Salad ($138),🥗沙律超邪惡,皆因佢用上大量羊奶芝士,芝士劃分兩種,分別係中間煎香圓形嗰件,同埋新鮮芝士碎,兩種口感同樣濕潤,帶少少羶香味🐐,幾正。沙律汁用上甜甜嘅蜜糖🍯,同鹹香風乾火腿形成強烈對比,味道豐富。雖然係沙律,但佢底部都鋪咗塊薄餅。20. La Marin ($162),🇫🇷法式薄餅可分為鹹甜兩種,外型差唔多,但實際上名
