介紹吓以前喺灣仔返工經常幫襯嘅餐廳,法國上司話佢地嘅薄餅喺香港最正宗,3 course set lunch都係百零蚊幾抵食,上星期去開灣仔就試埋晚市,雖然佢有dinner for 2,但冇我食開嗰款就散叫。小店以logo嘅燈塔同航海為主題,有帆船、救生圈等擺設,一入門口老闆就好殷勤咁招呼我地,介紹法式薄餅源自Brittany,鹹嘅用蕎麥製成,叫galette,甜嘅就係我地較熟悉嘅crêpe,又講吓邊款菜式最受歡迎,主動同每枱傾計。 🍽Foie Gras ($138)鵝肝個面煎香,入口即溶,配菜有露筍同香甜嘅焦糖蘋果(冇我最討厭嘅肉桂味!),加埋香脆嘅法包無得頂。🍽Blinis ($108/ 5 pieces)Blini係蕎麥餅bite-size小食,三文魚大塊得黎又新鮮,唔落檸檬汁癖腥都得,煙燻味唔重,但加埋mascarpone cheese好正。 🍽Le Marin ($162)店家嘅signature,亦幾乎每次黎都叫嘅main course,原因係佢集齊我最鍾意嘅材料,有三粒彈牙嘅煎帶子、蘑菇同煙肉粒,而且呢款配creamy嘅白酒忌廉汁,無咁單調。 🍽Goat Cheese Sa

🍽Goat Cheese Salad ($138)
由於Le Marin有白汁比較漏,就叫左個沙律,不過都有塊galette墊底,唔怕食唔飽。中間果舊係煎山羊芝士,熱食味道比較濃烈,另有煙燻火腿、山羊芝士碎、車厘茄、合桃同沙律菜,全部材料都好新鮮,怕膻嘅朋友呢款就未必啱你。

🍽La Lincorne ($88)
糾結之下睇相揀左呢款甜品,黎到個樣對版,賣相吸引。Crêpe嘅質感較煙靭,呢款有芒果、士多啤梨同椰子雪糕,配莓果醬,幾鍾意佢灑上椰絲增加咬口,椰子雪糕味道濃又唔太甜。

🍹Apple Cider - Val de Rance Sweet (2%)/ Dry (5%) ($50/ cup)
老闆話Apple Cider同法式薄餅係絕配,分別有度數較高嘅Dry同甜啲嘅Sweet,兩款都有濃郁果香,個人覺得Dry較好飲,Sweet一如其名偏甜,較似蘋果汁,順帶一提個酒碗好有特色。
