Baked Samosa $168
CHAAT turned a traditional dish into a delicate art piece. It was very well represented and made you eat it like an ice cream. Using jackfruit to replace meat makes it less heavy yet still tastes rich with the yogurt sauce.

Raj Kachori $128
Colorful and huge in flavor. It was sour, spicy and sweet in good balance. Kachori stayed crispy in every bite with the stuffing.

Chicken Tikka Masala $288
Truffle and Chili Cheese Naan $118
Curry was aromatic and chicken was tender. The Naan was thin and crispy, stuffed with black truffle and melting cheese. It tasted amazing by itself but maybe too complicated together with the chicken masala. I will just order plain naan next time.
