早前完成了問卷，可取得Paul Lafayet的優惠券所以可免費換領Crème brûlée聽朋友介紹，Crème brûlée要於換領後即吃會比較好味！APM這分店的店面好細，只得兩張桌子唯有外賣帶走到附近food court享用啊！燉蛋是直接從凍櫃內取出客人落單後，店員才於燉蛋面上灑上焦糖即時用火槍烘成焦糖面！焦糖好脆又不會過甜，甜度適中，不會遮蓋燉蛋的味道！燉蛋帶點呍呢嗱的香味，卻又不會奶味過重，而且好滑溜！！整個Crème brûlée的味道搭配得很好！會有想再吃的衝動～～終於真正感受到好吃的Crème brûlée是有多好吃

今日真係有口福，因為嫂嫂買左外賣甜品比我食，未食已經覺得自己超幸福唷！Creme Brulee表層鋪上薄薄的焦糖，十分薄脆可口！下層是非常香滑的燉蛋，蛋味及奶味都同樣出眾，又香又濃郁，每啖都很軟滑，有入口即溶既感覺，在底部還有很多雲呢嗱籽，食後都不會有 heavy 的感覺！
