Still remember lining up on the weekend two years back to try out @tunedcoffee. Ever since, I’ve been hooked and have came back not once but three more times, which speaks volumes on how much i love this place. ok, also cuz i now work nearby and can pop in during lunch, but still, this is probably my most-visited cafe ever. I've got to hand it to them for keeping the quality top-notch while still staying ahead in the ever-changing cafe scene. not only have they fine-tuned (pun intended) their me

Warning, only order this hearty dish if you’re super hungry, cuz it ain’t called deluxe for no reason. There’s loads of proteins with sausages, bacons, smoked salmons and scrambled eggs. I especially love smearing the garlic aioli on one half of the toasted bagel and lathering smashed avocado on the other.

I’m a huge fan of their pasta and risottos, which are (almost) all super creamy - the portions may not seem huge but I can guarantee that they are super filling. The beef cheek is my personal fave, as the meat has a super soft mouthfeel and is packed with flavourful tones from the slow cooking

A Cae Sal may be a simple classic salad bowl, but this one is definitely made with heart. The refreshing romaine lettuce is perfectly coated in a rich homemade dressing, which has just the right hint of umami from the briny anchovies. The crunch of the toasted garlic croutons, crisp from the bacon strips and silkiness from the onsen egg add more diversity to the layers of texture in this well balanced salad 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟱𝟬
This was the reason why I bookmarked this cafe in the first place. The earthy flavours of the earl grey pudding base with speckles of crushed tea leaves truly stands out, and if that isn’t enough, the whipped cream and candied yuzu peel further enhance the floral and bergamot elements**.** But the thing that wins me over every time is that irresistibly smooth texture - you’re really missing out if you haven’t tried it before! Apart from the regular matcha/hojicha lattes, they also serve up one of the best 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝘀 (hot HKD50/ iced HKD55) i’ve ever had with a perfect prana chai blend with honey and soy milk to even out the spicy notes, and a pretty spectacular 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 (hot HKD45/ iced HKD50) that has a foamy milk cap sprinkled with chopped pistachio for an additional crunch to the sip
