Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次嚟食過brunch, 今次就趁住佢有Cantillon core range pouring by-the-glass嘅event食晚飯當晚event可以HKD480任揀4款比利時名廠Cantillon出產嘅Lambic啤酒, 利用天然酵母再倒入橡木桶內自然發酵, 比一般商業啤酒少氣較酸, 同葡萄酒一樣複雜深奧跟Cantillon set會有芝士送, 軟身Livarot帶牛奶香羶同少少果仁味, 麵包加蘋果蓉仲出色過配芝士店員見我哋2個人叫咗2份set, 另個cheese plate換咗更creamy更牛油嘅Brillat Savarin Fish Taco - Taco皮比較軟身少, 喜歡加辣可以問店員要辣醬, 不過本身牛油果同salsa都好夠味Duck Confit Burger - 去骨油封鴨腿加鴨蛋, 邪惡到不得了, 不過要晚市先有, 上台隔離左右都問呢個係咩要一齊叫 Meat & Lamb Muffin - 每次都必定叫, 唔好睇佢細細粒, 個patty好足料
