表弟牛一約咗三五知己一嚐灣仔新店「Danji」,小肥表哥因要照顧家人只能飯前偷空歡樂短聚。網上訂座流程十分簡易。隱蔽於日街嘅韓國餐廳面積小小都設有三個室外座。樓底高高嘅用餐大堂一眼睇哂,以韓風嘅擺設及燈籠裝飾,簡潔企理。餐桌上擺有金光閃閃嘅自用餐具。埋位先有免費送贈嘅泡菜小食,爽脆醒胃。大大張餐牌英韓對照。另外仲有一張「Special Menu」特別餐牌,估計為節令菜式。飲品牌所示,每天歡樂時光限定為傍晚五點至七點,指定飲品可享折扣優惠。平心而論,$50/杯三得利生啤、$60/樽韓國啤酒、$70/杯招牌雞尾酒唔算特別平,反而$300/樽大小不分嘅開瓶費最抵。Galbi Dumpling($88):蒸餃子小食皮層厚薄適中,豬肉餡心尚算軟嫩,個人只係略嫌食落一陣微微嘅羶味,要多點辣油同拌配泡菜先可以勉強蓋過。Fried Chicken($188/八件):色澤金黃嘅炸雞件全部已預先去哂骨骨,咬落啖啖都係肉,!層炸皮酥脆鬆化得黎乾巧尤甚,毫不油膩,雞肉嫩滑鮮美,而且肉汁豐沛,絕對係細佬依幾年食過最好味嘅炸雞!帶點洋化嘅韓式小館「Danji」時尚開揚,服務生雖未有黑面對待,但動作就比較緩慢,生啤
