唔係朋友講起,真係冇諗過原來韓國菜都有FINE DINING😮今次一於食下體驗其精緻嘅韓式FINE DINING,呢到提供OOULI 9-COURSES TASTING MENU ($1480/每人)環境簡約舒適,空間感十足😄BAR枱位置見到有唔同種類嘅酒可以提供窗外景觀見到迷人嘅維園景色😍Oouli Bu Gak:首先登場嘅係紫蘇油炸及三次風乾嘅釜山海苔及濟洲海藻,香脆可口,帶有淡淡嘅紫蘇香氣, 仲有三色豆腐醬可以點黎食,絕對係開胃嘅最佳選擇😉Jagal-Chi :接住係韓國左口魚刺身、72小時醬油大蝦及醬油三文魚,左口魚刺身鮮甜細滑,而三文魚同大蝦經過長時間醬漬而成,味道濃郁😋Deul Kkae-Juk:呢道韓式傳統粥用咗15小時以上嘅時間慢煮,加上當造特色蔬菜、韓牛同新鮮蜆肉,每一口都係鮮味嘅精華,加埋芝麻油,令自家大米嘅香氣更加突顯,而薄脆米片夠晒香脆😎Han-Ip:章魚片配韓國橡子果凍幾精緻,以開花嘅造型呈現出黎,味道酸酸地,章魚片鮮嫩彈牙,至於炸豆腐鱈魚籽三文治,外脆內軟,香口滋味👍🏻Bo Yang-Sig:西式RISOTTO就食得多,韓式參雞湯燴飯就真係第一次,軟糯嘅飯粒
