After I tried this pancake, it’s not bad specially the cream, but a bit not enough for 3pieces of 🥞, with the fruit of the topping is really nice🤩as it feels so fresh and won’t be too sweet with the pancake !! Also, the texture of the pancake is quite amazing for me as first time to try soufflé pancake at April2018🤣

Btw if compare to A happy pancake🧐Flipper’s really soft feels like eating air and a bit wet inside(not that worse as what ppls said), it means that’s won’t make you feel full haha😹 A happy pancake is much better as I tried them both already.😎

When Flipper’s first opened in Hong Kong, I went to try my luck to see if I could try it out. However, they did not even bother to let you queue for it as long as the waiting list is full. I left with frustration and disappointment. Finally got to try it this time after a 50-minute queue on a public holiday!1. This Kiseki Pancake is really airy! 3. The nuts, cream and chocolate syrup in the middle topped up the flavour of the pancakes.
4. Not overly filling as we expected.
5. To be honest, the flavour of pancake is ordinary, when compared to the savory one we ordered.

 1. We love this Salmon & Avocado pancake dearly, as the pancake is made with wheat, unlike ordinary pancakes or hotcakes. Very delicious and seemingly healthy.
2. Salmon was cooked somehow, not really smoked. It went well with the pancake.
3. Avocado is always good, it simply goes well with everything.
4. I didn’t care much about the salad on the side. Sorry, not a veggie person

5. There is a small jar of syrup for you to go with the pancakes, but we didn’t touch it as the wheaty pancakes are already very amazing.

早前行經K11嘅Pan de Pain, 就諗起佢個Souffle pancake,但再望望果條長長嘅人龍就放棄了。這天和朋友到希慎閒逛，無意間見到Flipper's張poster，覺得幾吸引就過去望望。結果一如所料，又係一條長長嘅人龍，而且仲截咗龍(只係下午3点)，唯有放棄啦！後來朋友同我講返才知道，原來那天是Flipper's開業的第二天， 難怪咁多人。和朋友左蕩右蕩9:16pm又蕩返返去Flipper's，見無人排隊就問下有無位。可能見我地只係2個人，又只係過咗1分鐘(9:15 last order)，結果我地做咗佢當日最後一枱客人。因為剛剛食飽dinner嘅關係，我地只係order咗Kiseki Pancake同Flipper's Punch 試試！同Pan de Pain嘅Souffle相比，Kiseki比較蛋糕，不過都好鬆軟，只係影2幅相嘅時間，下面件pancake就已經俾上面個件壓扁咗3份1，味道ok唔算好甜，cream夠多而且好滑，可以話各有各好食至於杯Punch亦有唔少生果粒係裡面，味道雖然偏甜不過亦算唔錯
