FLIPPER'S (Closed)

當日由於係未食晚飯，所以係想食佢嘅savory pancake (bacon & egg 或者 salmon & avocado), 但兩次來都話賣晒，都唔知究竟要幾點嚟先食到。但每人又最少要order一個item,所以焗住叫咗兩個sweet pancake,叫咗原味同strawberry blueberry banana pancake. 男朋友本身又唔好呢啲甜pancake,所以主要都係我食，雖然係空氣感fluffy pancake,但食到中段都已經好滯，兩個人食一個都已經夠，下次可以叫杯嘢飲。做得最出色嘅係個cream，食落凍凍地有少少似雪糕咁，可惜略嫌俾得少咗啲，都唔係好夠送啲pancake, 唔慳住食嘅話食到尾會dry得滯。整體黎講都唔覺得話好特別，除非有啲咩期間限定嘅特別味會想試下，如果唔係要排好耐隊的話都唔會特別去食。

After such a long long time, I finally get the chance to visit this popular pancake shop – FLIPPER’S, a Tokyo-originated pancake restaurant debuted in Causeway Bay Hysan Place.
