首間以腐乳做主題既餐廳,由四位年輕老闆打造一系列中西式FUSION菜式,同時餐廳裡面既畫架,紀錄左每個老闆既心路歷程同故事,各有特色,呢間「Lau Bistro」絕對唔係「流」!👇📌P A S T A -▪️ FUYU · CARBONARA - $98▫️ 先黎個「椒絲腐乳·卡邦尼意粉」,呢個卡邦尼同平時食開有少少唔同,佢將腐乳代替大量蛋黃既比例,食落味道濃而不膩,加上微辣既椒絲,加強成個鹹香感,意粉同時亦有咬口,值得一試。📌S N A C K S -▪️ SMOKED SALMON · AVOCADO SOURDOUGH - $98▪️ DEEPFRIED CHICKEN · CHIPS & RED FUYU SAUCE - $78▫️ 小食方面試左「牛油果煙燻三文魚·酸種麵包」同埋「南乳炸雞球·薯條」,sourdough分左兩邊,一邊係牛油果,另一邊係smoked salmon,兩邊都係夾雜cream cheese,而cream cheese亦有自家製腐乳醬係裡面,所以食落更加惹味;而炸雞球配搭餐廳同樣自家製南乳醬,香口得黎有另一番風味。📌C O F F E E - ▪️ L A T T E
