We missed missed missed having crêpes everywhere in Paris. Where are the good crêpes in Hong Kong? Sweet crêpes are easily found but not the savoury ones. We were here at La Crêperie looking for some delicious crêpe we missed so much from Paris. We started with La Marin as our savoury dish. La Marin has scallops, mushrooms, bacon cooked in white wine sauce. The scallops were way overcooked to our liking but the white wine sauce was creamy and fragrant. 黎之前完全無諗過會係呢度獲得甘愉快既經歷~ 不論食物, 服務定環境都令人好滿意既一餐朋友book左位晚上7點~ 呢區食肆好似都比較早收, 條街都無乜人, 店內亦只坐左兩三枱客人~同埋.. 今日係星期一... 哈哈成間鋪既裝修都係以水手同航海為主題  裝黑椒同鹽既樽仔都係航海燈塔既造型~~Crêperie - 法式薄餅/可麗餅既意思, 呢種食物既起源正正就係好多年前既水手用係中東帶黎既蕎麥再演變而成有咸有甜~ 今日我地咸同甜都試晒!另外 餐廳都有因應法國五月而推出期間限定menu~而我地選擇左散叫~ 因為普通menu上已經有好多好多款唔同口味選擇!!除左法式薄餅外, 都有pasta, salad等食物供應, 但款式唔會太多Galette (咸款式) - La English Breakfast $118呢款既料就好似平時食既all day breakfast甘~ 不過配上法式薄餅上原來可以甘match 餡料包括法國toulouse腸, 煙肉, 沙律菜, 炒雜菇同太陽蛋每一啖都食到好full (其實就算係就甘食塊薄餅唔加任何餡料 已經好好味! 因為唔好睇塊餅甘薄, 實際上塊餅入面係有好

這裏說的班戟，不是熱香餅那種綿密細軟的，而是法式可麗餅，扁薄一片，夾著、捲著或盛著各式食材配料的一款。繼先前的優閑班戟，新假期推薦的同區一家就是La Creperie，相信喜歡吃班戟的都不會對其感到陌生。　　由門面開始就是清新水手風，門外有船長掛畫。另外立起大廣告板，印有店內食物的參考相片，好不吸引。不過建議可以加入菜款名稱、用料及價錢，讓客人心裏有盤算。　　店內裝飾都是富有水手風味，就如桌面的兩個「燈塔」。而且還有禮盒售賣，Kerné果汁酒配兩個印有燈塔圖樣的杯子都是$280。Le Defi　$68　　香蕉拼拖肥這個配搭，打從看到這個名目就已經要垂涎三尺了。未入口先聞其香，班戟上桌之時不禁對其份量大小表示驚訝。大球焦糖雪糕置中，而焗得微微金黃的香蕉切段圍於周邊。另外再大手澆上海鹽焦糖漿，配料大堆頭。以甜品來說，這已經是十分澎湃的一道。　　班戟餅皮薄身，煎至金黃帶大理石紋，只看色調就已經有夠吸引。先單吃外邊沒有沾上任何調味的班戟試試。郁郁蛋香溢出，麵粉香反是其次。想不到只是少許焦香，完全沒有外觀那麼熟焦。煙韌不粉，不是水爛的糊狀感，邊緣及角位更有點脆口。　　香蕉段香甜軟綿，自然清新的果
