星期四晚做完嘢想要慰勞自己，上Dining City個app睇吓夜晚有咩好餐廳食飯見到Lawry’s The Prime Rib居然仲有晚飯時段，即刻訂枱其實之前已經嚟過Lawry’s食飯，絕對係水準之上，今次亦都冇令我失望。前菜上咗兩粒車厘子入邊有Cheese，好普通賣相亦都冇特別驚喜，兩粒份量有點少🤏我哋分別order咗Salad同埋龍蝦湯作為前菜。侍應會推架餐車喺食客面前、將沙律嘅配料放係冰上的大bowl入邊攪拌。龍蝦湯非常濃郁，仲有大大舊嘅龍蝦肉喺入面重頭戲來了，侍應將大大塊嘅燒牛肉餐車推到食客面前、按照客人嘅order即席表演設燒牛肉再配上薯蓉、Yorkshire pudding。燒牛肉一如既往嘅嫩滑入口即溶、牛味就淡啲，但係好Juicy。甜品就係Chocolate cake同埋Tiramisu。不過唔係好鍾意食甜嘢嘅我，食咗兩啖就覺得太膩了

好耐好耐無嚟呢度啦，入去到門口見到熟悉嘅電梯同升降機，入到去個圓拱型天幕仲喺度，咁多年都無變😁今晚去全場full house好熱鬧！食物質素滿分，由前菜、湯、頭盤到甜品，我都一直食到狂跳開心舞💃 Lobster Bisque - 好creamy好濃郁，平時好少飲湯，嚟到呢度忍唔住自私飲🤤 Roast Prime Ribs of Beef Au Jus - Chef 會推住架即時喺你旁邊切俾你，配埋個Yorkshire Pudding，從來唔好牛肉嘅我都食咗一大舊🤭 Atlantic Lobster Tails - 好鮮甜肉好厚肉，淋埋個drawn butter係絕配✨Grilled Baby Rack of Lamb - 我不嬲都鍾意食羊，呢度嘅羊架羊味重但唔騷，好味道🐏Bone Marrow - 基本上每次如果餐牌有，都一定會叫，味道好好😍

If you're craving good prime rib but don't really care about the other parts of your dining experience, then Lawry's is a good place to go.There are a few places in Hong Kong that serve and hit the marks with their lobster bisque, and I believe that Lawry's can be counted as one of those places. While a bit salty for my taste, the lobster meat was scrumptious and enhanced the flavor of the bisque.
