放假約了朋友到印度餐廳吃飯,然後逛逛灣仔。這間印度餐廳在灣仔頗出名,店內裝潢以綠色和金色為主,牆上掛着印度電影的海報畫,播着印度MV和歌曲,店內有不少印度人一家大小聚餐。在1985年成立,現在舖位已有五年。Mango Lassi ($64),香滑濃郁的芒果拉西,芒果味濃郁,頂層有芒果醬拉花。吃一口大辣咖喱,喝一口香甜的拉西即能解辣。Masala Tea ($48),以獨特印度香料調配而成的印度馬薩拉茶,以紅茶為基底加入香料,散發着濃郁的香味。個人最喜歡這杯飲品,香郁而不過辣,味道温潤。羊肉餐包($138),餐包烘得香熱,羊肉碎以另碟附上。羊肉碎量多,先吃一大口香熱的羊肉碎,細嚐羊肉的味道,再將羊肉碎加進切開的餐包上,拌一塊爽口生菜和青辣椒,香熱鬆脆的餐包、爽口生菜和濃郁的羊肉味一次嚐遍。洋蔥薯仔烤餅($44),香郁熱燙的烤餅內層夾着洋蔥和薯仔,能同時嚐到薯仔的軟稔和洋蔥的香口。不論單吃或拌咖喱吃都甚佳,辣咖喱亦能增加烤餅的香郁,令烤餅添上咖喱的香辣。自制辣椒醬煮雞肉($158),店員提醒這道菜很辣。先吃一口雞肉,辣味慢慢在口中散發出來,越起越辣,必須喝一口甜飲品才解辣。辣中帶香,薯仔煮
