今天專誠來吃與"大公館"份屬同集團的新潮博多Style串燒店,一室型格的裝修,明顯是走年青人路線。今天帶了表弟來仔,看他吃得開心滿足的樣子,我都十分高興。表弟點了一杯名叫 Mango Mania 的凍飲,賣相好靚,有新鮮果香,不錯。先點一些小食,海膽威化的骰可愛,賣$43元一件。威化盒內有壽司飯、蟹籽及海膽,一啖放入口,先嚐到威化的脆,然後便輪到海膽。海膽不太甜,少少苦、但份量不少,收這價錢算合理。我十分喜歡吃燒明太子,但這裡的做得不算出色。不夠辣,可以再燒耐少少,明太子質感太軟。燒明太子一定要食白飯,珍珠米不錯,阿P這晚吃了3大碗飯。 和牛壽喜燒串是這裡的名物,但我認為非常一般。其實個 idea 非常好,但 sukiyaki 汁實在太鹹了,就算混了蛋黄也覺得太鹹。輪到最矚目的博多串燒,侍應隨即奉上一盤免費的生椰菜,用了些少甜酸汁調味,是用來盛着串燒的。有助減少肥膩及清熱氣,是不錯的吃串燒方法。這裡的串燒價錢有平有貴,尚算合埋,整體上新鮮熱辣,用料不算頂級,但與收費是成正比的。鮮露筍卷串夠香口,好吃,但沒驚喜。燒雞翼是大家的一級推介,雞全翼超級大隻,但肉質並沒因此而變鞋。雞皮又薄又脆
