I have low expectations for fusion restaurants since most hong kong style fusion western restaurants have inauthentic dishes with little creativity. However, this place combined creativity and flavor and surprised me with bold flavors! - Love the strong salted egg flavor. Wish the cauliflower was crispier and less soft but very very happy with the taste.

- Rice was too soft for authentic risotto, and it was slightly too salty. The flavor is nice but perhaps slightly too pungent and leaves a weird aftertaste at the back of the throat.

- Flavor was nice once again. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, but the matcha flavor could have been stronger. Perhaps soaking the lady fingers with matcha would have been better.
