最開心莫過於收工同朋友去Chill下!😝前陣子行開行埋銅鑼灣,順手接老友收工~今次我哋就去咗食新派西班牙菜館"Tapa Room",睇網上評價不俗,於是就好奇去下!▲一坐低就點了一大堆,太肚餓!(笑)✦ Octopus Carpaccio慢煮八爪魚片,啲肉幾嫩口,一啲都唔韌,加埋蕃茄碎及香菜,幾開胃。✦ Foie Grass Lollipop嚟到呢度一定要食呢一款鵝肝小食!整到好似珍寶珠咁,一口一粒,食用方便!😍呢個小食外層係鵝肝蓉,中間係一粒鵝肝,點住花生碎食,口感豐富!鵝肝濃郁又咸香,佐酒一流!✦ Tuna Carpaccio吞拿魚腩燒到半生熟,肉質肥美,外層仲脆脆地,入口即溶!配上甜醋,味道清新,不錯!✦ Padron Peppers 青椒簡單加粗鹽炒香,青椒甜甜地,粗鹽仍保持顆粒狀,食上口有咬口,不錯。✦ Iberico Ham Croquetas呢款加咗火腿嘅可樂餅, 外皮炸得好酥脆,入口係軟綿嘅薯蓉,熱食真係正爆!✦ Iberico Pork Chop in Sherry Vinegar Gravy 經過慢煮及香煎,黑毛豬鞍個口感真係一流!咬上口「

經過慢煮及香煎,黑毛豬鞍個口感真係一流!咬上口「索索」聲,但肉質Juicy唔乾柴!另外,我勁鍾意佢個醬汁,加咗西班牙嘅Sherry Vinegar,酸酸甜甜,可以減咗豬鞍及炸薯粒嘅油膩感。

呢款係清酒煮蜆嘅朋友!不過落咗檸檬及香草煮,味道比較清新!值得一讚係啲蜆肉好肥美,啖啖肉好過癮!🤤 ▲店內有可愛嘅食鬼圖案,玩味十足! ▲可以在Bar order各式美酒。 ▲我跟朋友對Tapa Room基本上都幾滿意!另外,呢間店裝潢超eye catching,門口裝有一重重鎂光燈條,閃到爆燈,遠遠都唔怕望唔到!😂
