同事介紹上環有一間由日本人主理嘅日本餐廳非常唔錯,今日特登同朋友過嚟幫襯一下,裝修係好舒服嘅日本風,座位舒適,乾淨整齊,同朋友一齊揀咗Sake Pairing,ENISHI JUNMAI GINJO第一款ENISHI JUNMAI GINJO,好易入口,較重花果香味,飲落帶有輕甜味,CEVICHE柚子醋拌勻了蝦、三文魚和墨西哥辣椒,刺身新鮮,蝦肉彈牙,蝦片脆卜卜,多重口感豐富,味道酸酸甜甜,是個很好的開胃菜,KARAAGE炸雞上面是唐辛子絲,炸雞的炸漿很薄,炸得皮脆肉嫰,裡面仍然充滿肉汁,YUKIOTOKO AIYAMA JUNMAI這款YUKIOTOKO AIYAMA JUNMAI是限定新潟縣的純米酒,原本應該縣內限定,但因為主廚關係,所以香港這家餐廳可以享用到,仔細品嚐,同餃子和天婦羅的味道真係好夾,GYOZA這道餃子擺盤漂亮,正宗皮薄餡靚,餃子內裏充滿著肉汁,搭配少少辣嘅醬,YUMMY!MAITAKE TEMPURA舞茸天婦羅的炸漿非常薄,乾身不油膩,外脆內軟,只有輕輕調味,沒有掩蓋到舞茸天然的香味和滑嫰的口感,AKABU JUNMAI DAIGINJO最後呢支AKABU JUN
