我同朋友都好鍾意打邊爐🍲,大熱天時都無阻我哋嘅興致,星期日就幫襯咗位於旺角瓊華嘅「馬祖無限時台灣養生涮涮鍋」。估唔到下午時段,餐廳都近乎全場滿座,而且客源涵蓋後生以至長者,人氣超高的👏。另一邊廂,餐枱夠晒大張,啱晒食放題。我哋揀咗牛頸脊套餐🐮,週末夜晚七點前埋單只需$329位,仲要係真正無限時吃到飽。餐廳採用QR Code落單,上菜速度勁快,所以驟眼間就嗌到成枱都係。打邊爐前,先來小食:黃金地瓜條💛🍠🍟,蕃薯條炸至外脆內軟,味道甜甜的,另外更有多種Shake Shake粉作調味。涮涮鍋湯底有超過十款選擇,鴛鴦鍋加$48,我哋要咗藥膳椰子雞併麻辣蕃茄牛肉(小辣)。前者椰子香四溢🥥,味道清甜,適合淥菜同丸類。後者嗰款相反,蕃茄味濃郁🍅,調和咗辣度,小辣易入口。再者,個爐火候掂當,啲嘢好快淥熟!套餐包嘅兩款牛質素唔錯🥩,最起碼大大片、唔會太薄,食落有質感。牛肉肥瘦均勻,肉味亦都強,兩款肉整體分別唔大,各有千秋。黑色碟係Prime Grade安格斯牛頸脊,而白色碟就係Prime Grade美國安格斯牛肉。我哋試咗其中一款豬🐷:西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬,味道OK嘅,但脂肪位稍為多咗啲。除咗肉之外,海
