Salmon fans, this combo made just for you! The stuffing of the wonton was fresh salmon Roe, on top of which was a spread of salmon rillette, adorned with a piece of crispy salmon fish skin as a finishing touch! Different flavours and texture of salmon came together, complementing each other so well! I could taste the complex combination of flavours hitting my palate.

The rice was creamy and retained an al dente texture which soaked up the flavours of the squid ink and seafood. The octopus was tender and chewy, and the Prawn was bouncy and fresh. With a squeeze of lemon, it would whet your appetite!

I really like the chimichurri sauce with the parsley, oregano, garlic and red pepper flakes and vinegar, which complemented the taste of the dish very well. The acidity of the vinegar and the extra kick from the red pepper helps to balance out the meat and leave your palate tingling with joy.
