想食優質靚生蠔，當然要黎主打生蠔嘅蠔吧，咁先食得盡興滿足🥰今次同朋友落ORDER叫左生蠔6隻($378)、USDA Prime RIB Eye 10oz ($428)、Summer Vegetable Risotto ($188)、Homemade Tiramisu ($68)入到黎個環境裝修都好有情調，氣氛唔錯，好適合情侶或者節日興祝😍黎到呢到淨係見到蠔吧位置放滿唔同種類嘅生蠔，已經急不及待想快D食🤤牆上掛左MENU介紹今日有咩生蠔種類選擇先送上生蠔拼盤，由12點鐘開始，逆時針方向分別為：Carlingfozd、Japanese、Doociel、Rolandlambert、Ostra Regal、Gillardeau。生蠔太多唔同產地同品種，我呢D門外漢唔太認識，淨係識得食😝職員上碟時會先介紹一下，同埋記得順次序食，因為生蠔味道會由淡至濃開始食起，咁就唔會食完濃味嘅蠔蓋過左比較淡味嘅蠔嘅鮮味👍🏻可以按照個人口味唧檸檬或者加醬汁食意大利Carlingfozd、日本Japanese：先淡味生蠔食起，味道清新帶點CREAMY感，唔錯😋意大利Doociel、法國Rolandlambert：生
