與友人們多時沒見,想找個地方談天,選了係帝樂文娜公館內的FINDS restaurant &bar 來一個afternoon tea ！因已訂位,3:00一到達就有位,不用等！4個女子，一坐下就不停又講又笑啦！先叫一個tea set,和一份club sandwiches with finds fries,另外每人一杯飲品.我點了banana chocolate smooties ,唔太甜,好味！友人也點了另外兩款smooties.Club sandwiches n fries ，sandiches比較普通,反而fries很出色，很香脆！Tea set 分開上，長方形架上分別係咸和甜點.頂層的是分子料理,Martini pearl ,啫喱狀，入面係martini,幾特別!Scones 同house bread 分開上,味道可口.

    想同個老朋友搵個舒服的地方價錢又Fair的餐廳享受一個tea，睇到lux manor新餐廳好像唔錯就經openrice網上book位了之前看食評見到呢度有位態度不太好的waitress，果真聞名不如見面，雖然未有對我地很差，但見佢帶枱的態度就知道一二了~講返食物先﹕我們由Savoury開始食起，有Raisin Scones with Fresh Magarine，是熱上的，塗上去的牛油是即溶的，新鮮的成物比起牌子更重要！ 之後再有一個特別推荐的是Smoked Salmon Mousse on Malt Bread Chip，salmon的軟身配上bread chip的脆口，再有牛油果香，感覺新鮮又清新！我唔太記得，但左手邊應該係lemon tart，感覺很酸但很重的檸檬香，但咁heavy既情況下絕對係很好的selection！整個set就係咁樣的擺設，我見到差唔多每張枱的客人都會映張相，可能佢比三層盤creative~! ^^
