Bacchus is a restaurant recently opened in Causeway Bay and pretty suitable for gatherings or celebrations. The food was decent. I tried out their Slow Cook Spanish Iberico Pork Rack and Tiger Prawn with Spicy Tomato Pasta for the mains. I like the sous vide Iberico Pork Rack, it was tender and juicy. For the desserts, I had the Earl Grey Panna Cotta which tasted quite smooth as well. They also served some igable drinks and you might wish to pair them with the food.|Grilled Slow Cook Spanish Ibe
