今晚到訪位於銅鑼灣嘅樓上西餐廳,餐廳環境同情調好浪漫,光線柔和,安靜同氣氛好好。今次同友人叫左三道菜晚餐套餐。第一道菜先品嚐前菜—「蕃茄配吞拿魚」,吞拿魚十分新鮮,配襯蕃茄及麻醬意外地夾。其後「南瓜湯」和沙律🥗份量亦很充足。第三道菜為主食:「鱸魚蝦」,鱸魚煎得外皮香脆,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,口中充斥油香,再配以肉質新鮮爽口的大蝦,令人一試難忘!其後再嚐友人的「海膽帶子黑松露意大利飯」,黑松露香味無比,帶子煎得外脆內軟,海膽非常之鮮甜,更有三文魚子作點綴,令其意大利飯口感一流,很有層次,值得一試!

Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop Aioli Pasta
Its favour basically comes from the garlic alioli sauce.

It is amazing how something can taste so rich with ingredients so simple. The just-right amount of spiciness makes it even more addictive.
