I enjoyed eating dinner here! From the vibes to the people to the location (smack bang on Wyndham Street)


We dropped by for dinner and I really liked how the place looks. You have Santorini slash Amalfi city vibes going on (hence the name). The staff were great and super polite. We ordered a lot off the menu and the food did not disappoint!


In terms of food - I personally enjoyed everything we ordered (and we ordered ALOT!)


Starters included the Beef Tartar, Burrata (which is always a hit - so so good!), garlic bread and Bocconconi (plain) which consisted of dough balls with mozzarella oozing out of it.


The two pizzas we ordered were the Salsiccia e Porcini and the Vegetarian (one of my friends is vegetarian) Each pizza is good to share with 3 people at least.


With all that we clearly still had time for dessert so that consisted of Tiramisu (yum), Coconut Sherbet (which to be very honest - I wasn’t a fan of only because I personally wasn’t feeling or craving for coconut then). We also had a Nutella Pizza which was pretty good. I was surprised because I’m not a fan of Nutella in general but something about it on a fresh, hot pizza bread was just GOOD.


Overall - I found the food great. At the time we went, the restaurant had just opened and so they did not have their liquor license so we didnt have anything alcoholic (fine by me - I was 8 months pregnant at the time). They also had a small corner for a dj booth that wasn’t open to the public yet (COVID and certain rules and regulations in place).


Would love to visit again to see how things have changed in terms of set up and music!


Oh and for reference, we were a party of four girls!

一般在香港吃到的carbonara pizza都是以肉眼可見的整顆（或是多顆）半生/熟蛋黃在麵皮上以作為命名“carbonara"的標誌，所以看到這盤看上去只有起司和番茄醬的pizza端上桌時我們著實吃驚了一陣。一口咬下才發現原來是雞蛋已經煮熟成類似炒蛋的口感和起司混在一起，因為顏色相近所以難以區別兩者。不得不說實在是吃不太習慣這樣的口感。餅皮邊緣有一些細碎的豬面頰肉，雖然因為太細小不容易吃到，但豬味非常重。

Pizza: Napoli 180HKD
身為鯷魚愛好者、只要看到鯷魚pizza必點的我們，這次也不例外！鹹香的鯷魚味搭配酸豆與黑橄欖，佐以適量起司，味道均衡的相當巧妙，配上薄韌有嚼勁的餅皮，讓人輕易吃掉一大半。順帶一題他們家的餅皮蠻特別的，非常的薄但並不是薄脆，反而是接近有韌性的手工麵條的口感。薄皮薄料，放入嘴裡雖然沒有爆餡的滿足感，但搭配比例還算均衡。餅皮邊緣的crust相當好吃，不會一大坨讓人啃麵糰的感覺。

以這間餐廳的地段和裝潢來說，這個價位的提拉米蘇給的份量十分大方！可惜杯子中間一大部分的lady finger完全沒有浸到咖啡，太乾口且無味，頂層的奶油不夠輕盈也不夠香，但上層和下層的部分，口感味道還是適中均衡的好吃。

依照慣例，只要是吃pizza我們都會請服務生提供老三樣：橄欖油、辣椒油、黑胡椒，常常會有高質的意外驚喜！但今天嚐到的橄欖油和辣椒油都相當普通，沒什麼味道，黑胡椒甚至是已經磨好粉的而不是顆粒裝在現磨黑胡椒罐裡。（補充：這並不是缺點，有提供我們就很感激了，但從小細節可以看出餐廳把自己提供食物的水平定在什麼位置。）

整體而言是一家環境、食物、服務各方面皆達到平均水準但並不十分突出的餐廳。畢竟Amalfitana的本店是開在淺水灣的觀光性質餐廳，可以理解自然會以氣氛裝潢和食物的便利性為主要考量，不過今天開在中環地段，左鄰餐廳林立的蘭桂坊、右有一級戰區SOHO，尤其是再走幾步路就有pizza project、dough bro、babacio、motorino、la camionetta、capo....等等以pizza打響金字招牌的強者環繞。期待接下來餐廳拿到酒牌以後能更加大展身手。

網上讀到這家將在四月底開幕。星期六想試試看運氣和家人一起走到中環ＬｋＦ上面看看有沒有試運營。果然沒有失望。 應該是試運營中，所以暫時客人不太多，加上LKF這裡本來就是做晚上生意為主，所以沒有等幾分鐘就有座位了。我們因為只有兩大人一個小朋友，所以點的不多，不過每樣點到的都很美味。Wait staffs 也很好，服务周到，笑脸相迎，吃的也是愉快。頭臺- Tricolore其實一個很簡易的番茄🍅+牛油果🥑+ 水牛芝士，但是廚師擺盤後，就感覺非常好吃。 他們家的Balsamic 比較帶多一些甜味，跟容易入口。主食- Salsiccia E Porcini Pizza他們家的sausage 很道地的義大利味，個人覺得皮厚了些，但是這個是每個人喜歡的不同點。我老公就覺得蠻好的。甜品～ Tiramisu 是我每到一家義大利餐館，只要餐牌有，我百分之8-90 一定會點來看看好不好吃。 這次我找到了做的乾濕恰到好處的Tiramisu了。 好好味呀～～🥰🥰就衝著這個甜品，我會再回來的！

其實一個很簡易的番茄🍅+牛油果🥑+ 水牛芝士，但是廚師擺盤後，就感覺非常好吃。 他們家的Balsamic 比較帶多一些甜味，跟容易入口。
