this salad is superb! everything is fresh!I appreciate the fact that they didn't overcook the scallop. the garnish is more impressive than the fish XD very moist, and tastes great too. It was very "bouncy" and I just hope I can post a video on Openrice... lol

友人在sky100舉行婚禮，去之前當然要醫肚！終於有藉口特地來Elements找食的，也一嚐bookmark已久的The Pantry!來之前已做定功課，知道那些必試東西。先點kale salad清清腸胃，個人認為太咸，如加上lime / lemon sauce會更好！小食蟹餅有絲絲蟹肉，只加了少少調了味的mayo把鮮味提升，是不錯的輕小食！另一主角冬陰公大蝦意大利飯，蝦真的超級大隻及好多膏，三人份享也足夠！但原來意大利飯才是真正主角，飯一早已索哂冬陰公汁，非常香辣可口，是我喜歡的乾身偏硬口感，不吃得辣的不建議試！這個fusion菜式真令我一試難忘！甜品當然選了招牌之一的tiramisu pancake，個人並不是這種fluffy pancake type的fans，不過這裡做得不錯，起碼有少少口感而且不太甜。Tiramisu醬點到即止，沒有過多，也不會令pancake太濕，加少少黑糖醬有畫龍點睛效果！這裡用餐有time limit，不過$140吃一份pancake值不值真的見仁見智。如有機會再來elements casual dining的話一定會encore那個意大利飯！

另一主角冬陰公大蝦意大利飯，蝦真的超級大隻及好多膏，三人份享也足夠！
但原來意大利飯才是真正主角，飯一早已索哂冬陰公汁，非常香辣可口，是我喜歡的乾身偏硬口感，不吃得辣的不建議試！
這個fusion菜式真令我一試難忘！

    聽說這裡新開了一家souffle pancake店下午四時多正好來個pancake作tea time~店內環境很好，光線充足，但sofa位置冷氣真的很大...穿上外套仍然覺得冷...待會還要去吃晚飯，點了一個tiraimsu pancake跟一杯juice就好了可能是pancake即點即做的關係，快等了半個小時才來呢！Wow!! 侍應捧來的時候鬆軟的pancake已在晃呀晃~超吸引！賣相已值100分！吃下去完全就是souffle的口感！配上可可粉、松子仁、各種莓果~好豐富！不過吃不到Tiramisu應有的酒味~適合不喜歡酒味的朋友~也因為這是souffle的關係，吃完也完全不膩不佔胃容量呢！(笑)

     Wow!! 侍應捧來的時候鬆軟的pancake已在晃呀晃~超吸引！

    賣相已值100分！

    吃下去完全就是souffle的口感！

    配上可可粉、松子仁、各種莓果~好豐富！

    不過吃不到Tiramisu應有的酒味~適合不喜歡酒味的朋友~

    也因為這是souffle的關係，吃完也完全不膩不佔胃容量呢！(笑)
