越南pho一向比大家嘅感覺都係比較平民同普通,畢竟都係越南當地最地道同價錢較平嘅食物🤭但最近灣仔開咗一間主打高級牛肉嘅越南pho餐廳🥩由裝修到食物俾人嘅感覺確實一啲都唔平民🥶🥩Xuan Signature Beef Pho ($158)用安格斯牛肉炮製嘅餐廳星級推薦果然一啲都唔簡單🥶Pho入面除咗安格斯肉塊外,仲有牛脷同原塊牛尾👍🏻牛肉確實係相對新鮮肉味重,最緊要係湯底熬製得好鮮甜,每啖都有滿滿嘅骨膠原🥩唯獨係個面底煮得有啲太稔,缺乏口感😣另外,隨麵仲會附上油炸鬼同自家製辣椒醬,兩樣都好高質,油炸鬼索哂湯嘅精華好邪惡🥶🥩Bum Bo Nam Bo ($168)對比signature beef pho,我會覺得呢款會比較出色🤣烤過嘅安格斯牛扒配上黑椒同魚露,大概五六成熟,肉質鮮嫩,好野味😋撈檬嘅配菜都好豐富,自己特別鍾意夾住青木瓜一齊食令到成個感覺好fresh好開胃👍🏻食材同埋品質方便都唔錯,但以近乎$200去食一碗pho,平衡返各方面嘅質素,我就覺得有少少overpriced 左🤭不過都推薦大家去試一次嘅🥳

對比signature beef pho,我會覺得呢款會比較出色🤣烤過嘅安格斯牛扒配上黑椒同魚露,大概五六成熟,肉質鮮嫩,好野味😋撈檬嘅配菜都好豐富,自己特別鍾意夾住青木瓜一齊食令到成個感覺好fresh好開胃👍🏻
