To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 刺身拼盤 海膽壽司 松葉蟹肉 牛肉茄子卷 免治雞肉棒 燒鮑魚 龍蝦 - 刺身新鮮，熟食一般。服務質素劣。四個菜後出左個蛋糕🎂話食物已齊餐廳不清楚我們點甚麼，需要重複多次。上另外三道菜後追加親子飯，正當等待時餐廳又很有禮貌，說蛋糕正在準備🎂。職員根本無查閱我們的點餐紀錄，還質疑剩下三道菜已上齊。埋單時職員強調個蛋糕是送的，結果在賬單上出現了兩個蛋糕的收費而只免了一個，再查詢後賬單弄好但未有表示歉意。總體感覺職員完全沒有溝通，上菜次序亂晒大籠。慶祝生日的心情摧毁，感覺不舒服。更令人失望蝕咗賬單也是錯的被取消的蛋糕也要計服務費
