To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近好鍾意去中環蘭桂坊嘅加州大廈食野😍 happy Friday約埋幾個女仔一齊去食野飲野真係好開心🫶🏻今次我地就揀左去食日本菜,最鍾意佢地d食材大部份都係日本直送,夠哂新鮮🥰頭盤先黎一個刺身拼盤,真係超級豐富,有中拖羅、大拖羅、海膽、沙甸魚卷、象拔蚌、油甘魚、牡丹蝦、金目鯛,最吸睛嘅一定係沙甸魚卷🤩壽司部份師傅特登幫我地整左少飯,三文魚籽口感好香脆,海膽鮮甜,熟蝦亦都夠晒爽口,最令人有印象嘅一定係活帆立貝,平時喺香港真係好少食到,口感絕對同雪藏嘅係有分別👍🏻熟食部份我地有海膽松葉蟹天婦羅宮崎牛壽喜燒海膽醬龍蝦尾真係三款都好邪惡,令人回味無窮🤤最後就有抹茶燉蛋作為結尾嘅甜品,抹茶味香濃燉蛋質感亦都好幼滑!去蘭桂坊食飯當然唔少得美酒啦😝當晚除左飲咗清酒,亦都飲咗梅酒,仲飲左佢哋嘅signature mocktail餐廳氣氛好好,作為聚會真係一個好地方,享受左一晚Happy Friday✨ continue reading

第一次來brunch 充滿期待 先講$588 再加一semi buffet 落訂金$200 一位。食物種類十分少 ,refill 速度快 ,蟹腳多肉但偏鹹,魚生薄切 不算十分鮮甜 可吃 只是性價比不高 以這個價錢來說。甜品🍮HaagenDazs雪糕最好吃. 主菜點了鐵板和牛 ok! 比起之前提及的海鮮 另一主菜銀鱈魚更好!其他熱食 冬菇 翠肉瓜 所有熱食都不應該是$588 再加一的情況下 僅有提供的 反正日料半buffet 實在太多選擇 還是選酒店內的 continue reading
