To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ▪️三道菜晚餐 $568/位(前菜,刺身或壽司,主食和食事自選三道、甜點或生果一客)▪️四道菜晚餐 $628/位(前菜,刺身或壽司,主食和食事、生果或甜點一客)原來蘭桂坊正中心嘅大廈入面有間咁嘅日本料理,啱哂慶祝節日又諗唔到去邊嘅朋友😀晚市套餐可以揀三道菜或者四道菜,豐儉由人,每道菜都有三至四個選項可以揀,要加錢嘅選擇都唔少😗成晚最出色嘅係時令刺身同壽司,大拖好重油脂、牡丹蝦口感夠漿,不過係需要加錢嘅選項,值唔值就見仁見智😖😖原本以為和牛壽喜燒會係席前燒,結果原來係一鍋咁上,睇落就冇咁吸引😬最後個雞腿肉釜飯份量都唔少,店員非常細心咁分好咗兩碗,兩個女仔嚟食如果食哂個飯就飽咗少少🤡甜品就揀咗時令鮮果,每樣都有少少,有哈蜜瓜、橙、梨各一兩塊🫣 continue reading
