As soon as the hot soup was served on the table, it is so suprised there were so many seafood, just like a mini seafood dish. I love the clarity of the soup and the sweetness of the seafood.

Seafood Kebbeh & Rocca Zaatar Salad
Kebbeh is a traditional Middle Eastern dish where the chef replaces minced meat with fish and shrimp and mixes it with wheat and deep fries it until it turns golden brown. It is flavourful on the outside and creamy on the inside. Be sure to dip it in the red beetroot and sesame sauce, which is sweet and greasy, and is a favourite among girls.

Chicken Musakhan
Musakhan is a traditional Palestinian cooking method, where chicken, onions and sour sauce are put on bread. This time, the bread becomes crisps. and the chicken is grilled with pine nuts.
It's very tempting to eat together with avocado, it's soft and crunchy.
Lamb Mansaf
The Australian lamb shank is really Big! It's really really BIG! I couldn't resist to take a photo once put it down. Although it was so big, the meat was not tough at all. With a fork, the meat was separated from the bones and the flavour of the meat was so strong. I love their fermented cheese sauce, it has a unique milky flavour that matches with lamb.
Desserts Homemade Kunafa
Kunafa is one of the most popular desserts in the Middle East, unlike the soft and creamy desserts you usually get in Hong Kong, Kunafa has a crunchy outer layer of crispy puff pastry, while the inner layer is filled with Burrata cheese, clotted cream and pistachio nuts, integration with Crispy, flavourful, soft and smooth. It is a great memory for this dinner.
