Calling all Malaysian cuisine fans!! The newly opened "Makan Makan" specializes in Southeast Asian cuisine, inspired by a trip to Malaysia that led the our chef team to bring the local vibrant street food culture to Hong Kong!!

This is not your ordinary Malaysian cuisine, but a new style that combines Malaysian spices, fresh Thai flavors, and Vietnamese herbal aromas, reinterpreting classic coconut milk rice, fried noodles, Penang shrimp noodles, Ipoh chicken rice noodles, Malaysian curry, etc., all rich in layers and surprises.
Our chef team, inspired by their trip to Malaysia, has brought the lively street food culture to Hong Kong.

Combining a variety of flavorful ingredients—fresh grapefruit, shrimp, roasted shredded coconut, and fried shallots, along with a unique plum sugar dressing that is very tasty.

Like this traditional Indonesian dish—Beef Rendang Rice, where the beef is stewed with coconut milk and spices until tender and flavorful, giving a light sweetness and spiciness, excellent with rice.
