出開深水埗,一直想試下呢間餐廳,聽講佢係係何文田搬過嚟,以前都好受街坊歡迎,一坐低,老闆就好熱情招呼我地,又介紹好嘢食,印象不錯我叫咗一個「菠蘿咕嚕肉飯」($58)配料好足!好多三色椒,菠蘿似罐頭,不過都好香甜個汁我覺得較得幾好,甜甜地,但又唔會太膩咕嚕肉炸得香脆,同埋啲肉食落都幾有肉味(唔係廢話,有時食街邊冰鮮肉係無肉味的)如果係晚市,咕嚕肉仲可以嗌拔絲,相信又會有另一番風味另一個飯叫咗「粟米魚塊飯」($52)呢個感覺就平凡啲,比普通茶記好啲,都係炸皮炸得比較有心機啲。跟餐有中湯同埋冷熱飲品(凍飲都唔洗加錢)兩杯奶茶,一熱一凍,都唔錯!嗌咗少甜,茶比較香濃,會有少少澀,大家可按喜好調整甜度整體而言,午市係抵食的,晚市仲有好多鑊氣小炒,有機會都想試下!

經過深水埗,見到光猛嘅燈光,就想去試試,而見到店舖內好熱鬧,已經覺得可以一試。試之前緊係例牌要睇睇有咩推薦。一search就見到有youtuber推介佢地嘅海鮮餐,好似好正咁,於是就order海鮮餐。佢地嘅海鮮餐,海鮮都係十分新鮮,而且多數係手工菜,扇貝嘅粉絲超多,蒜蓉又毫不吝嗇,粉絲滲透著濃濃嘅蒜蓉味。百花釀蟹鉗外脆內彈,驚喜之作。另外值得一讚係所有炸物之脆而不油,好難得。呢度嘅老細招呼仲好好,特等過黎介紹自己同d送,睇得出係有心人。今晚真係值回票價!

可能之前曾經喺公開大學附近食過一間隱世私房菜不過疫情之下以為佢結業, 好神奇係今日喺深水埗行街嘅時候搵返呢間小店原來搬咗過嚟深水埗。由私房菜轉去做冰室餐廳,不過好彩水準依舊。位於寶血醫院斜對面,可謂隱世功夫菜, 員工都依舊非常貼心,老闆同老闆娘都認得我,臨尾仲醒咗份糖水畀我。人均二至四百元,質素水準有保證,不少特別菜式,例如拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉及柚子蝦球等, 不少為海鮮,都是其他中菜館少見的選擇,而且每道菜都非常足料,是性價比甚高的功夫菜餐廳。拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉份外齒頰留香,吃起來更有層次, 個人建議可以再嗌埋啤酒,配搭一絕!另外叫左個手工時蔬 , 加腐竹 同上湯 都好入味

拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉份外齒頰留香,吃起來更有層次, 個人建議可以再嗌埋啤酒,配搭一絕!

另外叫左個手工時蔬 , 加腐竹 同上湯 都好入味
