之前成日經過,唔見太多人去食,以為唔好食。點知一試真係返唔到轉頭,佢哋用新鮮豬肉做每道菜,講真依家嘅舖頭用新鮮肉真係買少見少。食材新鮮就唔需要太多調味。今日又去買外賣,排骨飯排骨新鮮入味,豬肉難得冇蘇味,蒸飯粒粒分明,真係無味精!土魷肉餅飯好香,肉餅有彈性,好用心嘅良心小店。老火湯足料香濃,今日有淮山紅蘿蔔栗子椰皇豬肉湯,真係好好味,飲完好舒服,唔口乾,好有家嘅感覺。❤️❤️❤️原來仲有好多小食包括藥膳雞腳,牛肉球,下次一定要試。良心小店,值得支持!!

這間餐廳見過好多次、都沒有走入去試、他的裝修很懷舊很吸引我、但是常常都沒有人排隊、你知道香港人要有個氣勢先至會入去、而且門口有沒有餐牌、其實我都唔知道係食乜嘢、今日帶媽咪去元朗行一行食晚飯、就提議入去試試、原來佢係食傳統嘅蒸飯、同埋飲靚湯、餐牌很簡單、大約10款蒸飯、我哋就叫了一個招牌滑雞蒸飯和一個湯、始終佢係一間有歷史既傳統鋪頭、吃出佢哋多年來的經驗、飯是吃得出是歷史智慧的味道、米應該是特登揀過的、做得不錯、湯也有屋企的味道、算是做得不錯、如果我是住在附近、我應該會常常去吃、但是我是特登過去元朗找食、就想找一些比較平時小吃的東西、如果你想吃一個有家庭味道的飯、這點算是一個不錯的選擇。

聽聞泗記係老字號,自家製無味精,蒸飯選擇不多,我叫了肉餅飯,有點奇怪肉餅同飯係分開蒸的,所以飯係完全無肉的味道,加了醬油就好好多。例湯就飲得出係無味精,因為味道好淡。原來初了蒸飯還有熟薑紅棗糕可以買,冬天飲的確唔錯,好適合女士飲,我已經買過幾次了。😋

泗記排骨飯情意結吃了三十多年三代人一直都會食小時候媽媽帶我食長大便帶老公去食兩間我都喜歡若是夏天我多去有冷氣這間但走路過來不太方便對我來說較遠一直都是「排骨飯+咸魚」我的口味跟媽媽一樣從來沒有改變過從來沒有點其他飯類只會點排骨飯有人說邊度排骨飯好食對!會有其他好味的但這個排骨飯對我來說有很大情意結我們整族人都愛吃我喜歡飯不太淋加上排骨汁及豉油真的是心頭好以前只有冬菇亭那間晚上沒能吃到這小店便能滿足我呢其實兩間我都喜歡只是冬菇亭那間夏天太熱及好怕有老與老鼠😂😂😂😂各有千就各有各味道希望有生之年都會食到這個排骨飯食一世都唔會厭的排骨飯這些美好回憶讓我每一次邊食邊想念我偉大的婆婆

若是夏天
我多去有冷氣這間
但走路過來不太方便
對我來說較遠

一直都是「排骨飯+咸魚」
我的口味跟媽媽一樣
從來沒有改變過
從來沒有點其他飯類
只會點排骨飯

有人說邊度排骨飯好食
對!會有其他好味的
但這個排骨飯對我來說
有很大情意結
我們整族人都愛吃

我喜歡飯不太淋
加上排骨汁及豉油
真的是心頭好
以前只有冬菇亭那間
晚上沒能吃到
這小店便能滿足我呢

其實兩間我都喜歡
只是冬菇亭那間
夏天太熱及好怕有老與老鼠

肉片, 個個都話好, 但係啲肉片一路係咁蒸住蒸住, 又點會好呢, 至於個例湯, 湯就係湯囉, 而啲人講嘅牛肉球, 其實佢同我地一般嘅蒸牛肉球好大分別, 直接啲講, 佢係一粒牛丸可能更加符合, 個人認為最好食嘅係佢嘅白飯同埋佢嘅豉油, 嚟到叫個鳳爪排骨飯啦, 冇錯家嘞。

肉片, 個個都話好, 但係啲肉片一路係咁蒸住蒸住, 又點會好呢, 至於個例湯, 湯就係湯囉, 而啲人講嘅牛肉球, 其實佢同我地一般嘅蒸牛肉球好大分別, 直接啲講, 佢係一粒牛丸可能更加符合, 個人認為最好食嘅係佢嘅白飯同埋佢嘅豉油, 嚟到叫個鳳爪排骨飯啦, 冇錯家嘞。

有晚放工又去咗元朗搵食,行到去建業街,見泗記冇乜人,就入咗去食。之前佢做臘味,標榜係自製,已經好想去試,但成個冬天過埋都去唔成,呢晚去到,sor,已經冇臘味喇,咁咪死死地氣求其嗌個咸魚肉片飯算。上檯時店員話餸喺碗底,咁咪食住面頭塊咸魚先。咸魚我一向鍾意實肉,呢度雖然係梅香嘅,但食落唔死咸唔腥,都OK,撈飯嘅豉油相比起黎就完全唔夠咸,可能食緊咸魚,直頭覺得啲豉油冇味添,不過啲飯蒸得幾好,顆粒分明。食到底啲肉片幾有鮮味,不過一樣略嫌淡口,我又唔記得影相,罪過罪過。店員似乎幾hardsell啲湯,但我就冇乜興趣,飲兩杯依家越黎越少有嘅清茶好過,久違嘅茶記味道,35蚊就埋咗單。
