見到推介走黎試下叫左碗滑雞飯同埋一碟淨排骨落雨得我一枱客,點完光速上菜癈話唔多講,飯同鼓油要讚飯就挺身仲係一粒粒,有飯香,蒸飯黎講算難能可貴鼓油幾香,應該有豬油到d雞喇,雞件係極之少既皮骨同埋肉既比例大概係5:1雞係好肥既黃油雞,冇雪味亦都冇雞味,咁肥既雞d雞油撈埋d飯到都食唔出d雞油香肉都冇多舊既情況下,好彩叫多碟淨排骨,唔係就要鼓油送飯雖然飯同鼓油ok, 但一碗鼓油骨頭飯收四十五個大洋未免太唔抵(可能我黑仔,但雞既質素都麻麻,好多地方既北菇滑雞飯好食好多)奉勸黎食既朋友仔食其他款避免中伏彈完都有野讚下,排骨軟淋入味調味剛好,食到本身既肉味唔會話好似d hea酒樓啤水啤到唔似舊肉,送飯一流埋單73蚊,當中有三十蚊當跌左我當今次叫錯野食或者間野失手姐,會再翻食試其他,畢竟蒸飯黎講個飯底係合格有餘希望店家睇到改善一下,接受唔到批評同唔改進只會被淘汰,下次黎食完再寫多次希望下次淨係得推介

肉都冇多舊既情況下,好彩叫多碟淨排骨,唔係就要鼓油送飯

雖然飯同鼓油ok, 但一碗鼓油骨頭飯收四十五個大洋未免太唔抵(可能我黑仔,但雞既質素都麻麻,好多地方既北菇滑雞飯好食好多)奉勸黎食既朋友仔食其他款避免中伏

彈完都有野讚下,排骨軟淋入味調味剛好,食到本身既肉味唔會話好似d hea酒樓啤水啤到唔似舊肉,送飯一流

我當今次叫錯野食或者間野失手姐,會再翻食試其他,畢竟蒸飯黎講個飯底係合格有餘

元朗好多餐廳,呢間相當無咁出名但真心好推介!我地叫左幾個蒸飯。牛肉球蒸飯、鳳爪排骨和梅菜蒸肉餅飯。全部都即叫即整,牛肉球好香,質感好鬆軟。而鳳爪有少少紅椒辣味。肉餅就有滿滿的梅菜,蒸得岩岩好,唔會太硬或者太淋。而最推介就係個飯,唔知係咪加埋d餸一齊蒸,所以就咁食飯都好香!而且本身個米已經好香,真心好推介個飯。而鋪頭唔算太大,但又有懷舊風。而且餐具都好靚。選擇都幾多,同埋好吸引!價錢又唔太貴。門面都幾靚架!

全部都即叫即整,牛肉球好香,質感好鬆軟。而鳳爪有少少紅椒辣味。肉餅就有滿滿的梅菜,蒸得岩岩好,唔會太硬或者太淋。

而最推介就係個飯,唔知係咪加埋d餸一齊蒸,所以就咁食飯都好香!而且本身個米已經好香,真心好推介個飯。

有時出街食得多,好多餐廳都係好多味精㗎。食完後都比較口渴。聽說元朗開咗一間食臘味飯嘅餐廳所以專登去試一試。餐廳門面裝修都比較有心思,門多擺放了两個大餐碑介紹店內嘅食物。可能時間比較早都不需要排隊。所以好快就入去坐低左,首先因為呢邊出名嘅係臘味。所以我就叫咗個潤腸臘味飯。餐廳店員向我推介左個冇味精既豬手湯。我就點左個湯你試一試龍與鳳。個臘味飯味道好食,分量適中。如果食量比較大的男士們就可能要食多半碗左右。至於個湯就好好味,飲得出係完全沒有加味精。如果鍾意食臘味朋友不妨試一試。

The steamed rice with chicken feet and pork ribs (鳳爪排骨)was traditionally prepared in that it was made with pig 🐷 oil. It added an extra layer of flavour to the rice. The soya sauce was very rich and concentrated. The pork ribs were very tender. 可能你覺得我標題太浮誇,排骨飯人人都食過,就算再好吃,都是普通貨色,可是我元朗冬菇亭的泗記,它獨門的蒸排骨飯是獨一無二,排骨新鮮不在話下,用的醬汁添加了豬油,鹹鹹香香,特別惹味! 飯粒的口感相對較乾身實淨,沒那麼軟糯,我夠膽講第二度食唔返呢種味道。就是這老味道令我一有空都落元朗來一碗“罪疚蒸飯”,最近知道佢像似開了新店於又新街附近,有人說是分店,有人說是偽店,今次我決定棄舊迎新試個究竟。同媽媽選擇在這裡晚餐,當然不能點太少。點了一客招牌排骨飯,一客牛肉球,菜心一碟,雖簡簡單單但好不豐富。牛肉球普通了點,比較淋有點削,冬菇亭是比較厚實的質地。菜心還好,唔太老,沾上秘製醬油,添加美味。輪到重點推介的招牌排骨飯,一如以往的樣子,白飯在明,排骨在暗,肉是永藏飯底,飯面便淋上惹味的醬油。先來一口飯,蒸得剛好,軟糯式煙韌飯粒,配上醬汁好不美味!再來一口排骨,它每顆小小的,有些更帶點軟骨,雖不是大口大口的肉,但每口都充滿肉味,是新鮮的味道。兩者混合便是簡單又滿足的快感!很快我們便清光枱面上的餸菜。老式的裝潢,給人懷舊的味道,但始終都不及冬菇亭給我那廿年回憶的味道。但若只說排骨飯的質素,那它絕對是。

今晚原本打算回家吃飯,可是家裡沒有飯吃,所以與朋友逛逛元朗,看看有甚麼可買,最後甚麼也買不到,唯有在吃飯方面對自己好一點,吃些美味的,於是去了元朗泗記吃蒸飯。我發現好像差不多兩星期沒吃過中式飯餸,故我吃著肉餅飯時倍感親切。這裡標榜的米飯是古法洗蒸,豉油亦無防腐劑,一吃便知是否如它所說。我的土魷蒸肉餅相當不錯,我給朋友試了一小塊,她亦有同感,說肉餅的豬肉和土魷比例恰到好處,不會偏重肥肉,吃起來滑嫩得很。土魷與豬肉沒有搶去各自的風采,彼此的鮮香融合得十分美味。朋友的北菇滑雞飯也很出色,雞汁融入飯中增添飯香,本身飯的豉油已經特別滋味,不是一般的鹹豉油,而是有股梅菜味,我們從味吃過這種豉油。雞肉果然如它的名字一樣滑溜,且吃得到它的新鮮,一口軟硬適中的飯配一口滑雞,多麼滿足。另外我們額外多點蒸排骨,麵豉味完全均勻的滲透於排骨中,無需以豉油或鹽提味,排骨濃香味美,每件排骨都能保持肉質的嫩度。

路過隨便和友人想找個地方晚飯,到要寫食評才知道元朗是有兩個泗記😏亦才知道這個是新的店舖內有幾個卡位其他就係小圓枱走懷舊風我們點了北菇滑雞飯,鳳爪排骨飯和一個大例湯湯是眉豆木瓜花生雞腳,掛住飲冇影到兩人飲個大既,用小碗分的話一人有兩碗架足料,味清清地滑雞飯啲飯係覆住雞的鳳爪排骨飯,鳳爪喺面排骨喺底餐廳sell 古法洗米同豉油食落飯真係有飯香,粒粒分明✨而豉油係不咸有小小甜香至於滑雞真係滑而鳳爪排骨都好入味架🤓👍🏻對於唔喜歡味精重口味既我黎講。我覺得味道平實得黎好食。店空間係窄左小小所以位置會迫迫地。但簡單平實地食個飯,係唔錯。
