睇完戲之後有小小肚餓, 晏晏地諗唔到食乜就去左呢間十八座狗仔粉其實我不嬲都唔係特別鐘意食狗仔粉 但係細細地一碗又夠平的確係宵夜既好選擇除左狗仔粉,我仲跟餐牌推介叫左生菜鯪魚肉 佢真係好食過平時係街邊小食店食到既質素平時果D可能會太重胡椒粉味, 搞到成碗野好似唔新鮮或者太辣, 但呢間既生菜鯪魚肉我認為係做得岩岩好,除左足料夠多鯪魚肉之外, 個湯既調味都恰到好處,令人不自覺飲多幾啖都唔會太重口味或者口渴。另外友人仲嗌左鴨脾黎食,大大隻都幾吸引, 佢都食得津津有味, 女仔既話兩個人分都仲得。不過我本身唔好鴨脾所以冇食。一路聽人講呢間野出名我都唔知有咩特別, 但食完之後係會有得閒encore既諗法, 可能就係勝左夠平民夠地道, 做做下就做出名堂~

除左足料夠多鯪魚肉之外, 個湯既調味都恰到好處,令人不自覺飲多幾啖都唔會太重口味或者口渴。

另外友人仲嗌左鴨脾黎食,大大隻都幾吸引, 佢都食得津津有味, 女仔既話兩個人分都仲得。不過我本身唔好鴨脾所以冇食。

一路聽人講呢間野出名我都唔知有咩特別, 但食完之後係會有得閒encore既諗法, 可能就係勝左夠平民夠地道, 做做下就做出名堂~

今天經過旺角金魚街順便一試聞名已久的十八座狗仔粉。點了一碗大狗仔粉以及一碗魚蛋。狗仔粉面頭鋪了菜脯和葱,菜脯略帶咸香,而且非常爽口,而狗仔粉則偏軟身,口感有點像長條狀的年糕。狗仔粉本身沒有太多材料,而菜脯是可以隨意添加的,有辣和不辣兩款,喜歡辣的朋友可以一試。一試之後覺得狗仔粉沒有傳聞中特別,實屬一般。至於魚蛋,和平日街邊吃到的不一樣,細細粒,而且帶陳皮香,非常特別。配搭他們的秘制香辣醬汁,非常不錯。

每次來旺角行街。lunch時間便走㴝呢間小店食上ㄧ碗i熱辣辣狗仔粉。因為有出色既香辣菜圃任夾。好爽口。辣得過瘾。粉仔好有咬口。湯底好入味。食完係會5夠喉的。所以我當系小食來。因我仲會加埋魚蛋的。魚蛋也做得幾好。必推介大家來試下。

行完金魚街,在街頭見到有一間十八座狗仔粉,立即衝過去買點小食,由於時間不早,過多一、兩小時便回家吃晚餐,所以只買了一碗招牌火鴨翅。作為一間米芝連街頭推薦食肆,它的製作認真,用料足,口口碗仔翅都能吃到木耳絲、火鴨絲、仿魚翅。有時候在小食店買碗仔翅,可能鋪頭為了節省成本,只會開細火暖住食物,但十八座狗仔粉的碗仔翅熱辣辣,是我十分欣賞的地方,這才會有新鮮的感覺。不過,價錢就略略貴了一點,外賣一碗要三十元,間中吃一次還可接受吧。

很早就聽說狗仔粉了,一直想試試,今天終於找到機會了!店舖面積不大但是十分好找。和朋友一起點了大份的狗仔粉,碗仔翅,鴨上脾還有炸丸子。鴨脾端上來的時候我們都嚇了一跳。真的份量非常足了!超級大一個,味道也很好,鹹淡剛剛好,肉質細膩,鴨皮也很好吃!炸丸子稍微有點乾,但是很Q彈。狗仔粉和碗仔翅口味很獨特,碗仔翅料很足,真的可以吃到很多鴨肉,狗仔粉是第一次吃,有一種在吃烏冬麵的感覺。環境一般,剛坐下來的時候發現桌子都沒有擦乾淨,上菜速度倒是很快。沒有吃過的還是推薦去試一試的

阿肥同我嘅口味截然不同,佢嚟到十八座,永遠唔會食狗仔粉,反而呢碗招牌火鴨翅($22蚊)就係佢嘅至愛必點,由於我係討厭食鴨嘅,所以我從來都冇試過佢係乜嘢味,我諗......應該都係好足料嘅碗仔翅然後多咗鴨味呱,餐牌上面嘅介紹就話佢係用咗四隻燒鴨煲足六個鐘頭秘製,阿肥次次嚟食都好似食到lum lum脷咁,食到隻碗乾乾淨淨,而一碗翅係不足以滿足佢嘅食慾,佢另外仲要叫其他嘢,所以碗翅佢只係叫咗細size就夠喇。

而我就當然係最愛食呢碗主打嘅十八座狗仔粉啦($22蚊-細碗),雖然佢賣相平平無奇,裡面亦都冇乜特別嘅餸菜配襯,但佢就係咁樣簡簡單單已經俘虜咗唔少人嘅心,狗仔粉嘅麵條樣貌就好似上海麵mix鳥冬麵咁,但口感又不盡一樣,被煮至糊狀嘅口感,再加上被剪成用匙羹就可以盛起嘅長度,另外佢哋仲有獨特嘅味精湯底
試過之後真係令我番唔到轉頭。佢本身都會加小小菜脯+幾粒仔豬油渣同蔥花提味,不過如果唔鍾意嘅話亦可以叫佢走咗去。

而呢款黑白炸丸($16蚊),每次叫都必定即叫即炸,試過有一次心急得滯,淥親個咀添,所以大家叫呢個食都要小心呀...裡面有四粒唔同口味嘅丸,分別係黑椒牛丸+滑嫰豬肉丸+香菇貢丸+爽爆墨魚丸。粒粒都炸到外脆內軟,口感彈牙,由其黑椒牛丸何其出色,黑椒味道香濃,入口粒粒惹味

《香港特色狗仔粉》今日同朋友去旺角行街,來個快食,就去咗食狗仔粉。平時兩點,冇乜人,但係今日超多人😫🙈可能係10月黃金周,而且狗仔粉愈來愈有名,所以好多內地人去食。等左15分鐘,終於有位。招牌火鴨翅$29呢碗火鴨翅大有來頭,因為餐牌上說是用四隻火鴨煲六個秘製而成,所以味道超級濃郁,而且真材實料。他們會加幾粒豬油渣,令到整個口感更好👍🏻馳品狗仔粉$29必食之選!有啲似烏冬,但係粗過,所以好有口感!而且超推介大家加豬油咋,因為經油炸嘅豬油渣會令到成碗狗仔粉嘅香味提升咗好多,而且配上秘製嘅菜脯,味道一流!如果食得辣嘅朋友,可以嘗試他的秘製嘅勁辣菜脯,出面係食唔到呢個勁辣菜脯。

必食之選!有啲似烏冬,但係粗過,所以好有口感!而且超推介大家加豬油咋,因為經油炸嘅豬油渣會令到成碗狗仔粉嘅香味提升咗好多,而且配上秘製嘅菜脯,味道一流!
