宵夜去處其實不多,尤其是我每每午夜時分才在港島區下班。向港島西進發,走到堅尼地城,有可可店和附近的真滋味美食。多年來屹立不倒的店子,入夜後人氣旺盛,捧場客中不乏山上那所大學的學生。來了多次,知道煎腸粉加蛋是名物,卻總未參透它有何過人之處。或者是半夜三更肚空空,來點混滿濃厚醬汁的熱辣腸粉,就已讓人覺得特別溫暖。炸雲吞、水餃、腐皮角那些炸得夠乾身,香脆不膩,美味。而且可以雙拼的,不另收費。來一碟牛河作結,雖然看樣子似模似樣的,但吃落油膩,似乎不是店方擅長的項目吧。加上是深夜,吃太多澱粉質也不很理想,所以此味並不推薦。這樣一來,又更顯出了腸粉的優勝之處了。

作為西環嘅老街坊,睇住西環以前有好多出名老店,

1.先講煎腸粉加蛋:因為人流多,所以都係即叫即整,腸粉煎得香,加埋蛋無得輸!

另外,食煎腸粉醬汁可以說是靈魂不可缺少,難得可可店甜醬可以任加,而麻醬香味亦濃,美中不足感覺味精比較濃....(是因為我下了太多醬吧?haha!) 

2.碗仔翅:

比起街邊嘅算比較有誠意,除咗基本冬菇,肉絲,仲有蛋花等等材料,都算CP值高。

3.另外,仲有我最愛嘅蠔餅! 比起同區另一家,我覺得佢比較有誠意。蠔餅外貌好似薄撐,但一入口覺得煎得剛好唔會太油膩,

蠔仔亦都唔少,誠意推薦!

4.魚旦: 沒有太多comment, 因為是朋友點的! 咖哩汁不算太辣,啱晒食不到辣既我~

西環,個人真係比較少踏足,始終我唔係港島人,要踏足呢個地方,真係需要地下鐵路既幫忙。近日港鐵港島西線通車,讓我也來湊一下這個熱鬧。晚餐,已經吃了,一大班人冇其他野做,又開始圍成一圈,最後決定找個地方,吃一碗糖水,繼續我們未完的話題。隨便找來這間餐廳,看見餐牌有甜品賣,也不理三七二十一,便衝入餐廳,反正未試過,一試也無妨。餐廳比較小,很老字號,小本經營的感覺。打開餐牌,最吸引的甜品一家是榴槤,可惜店主話已經賣哂,只好再選其他。超多芒芒椰小丸子 $28超挑萬選,最後選了這款經典許X山的飲品,價錢算幾抵,芒果都算幾多,但係不夠甜,始終冬天食芒果,總要碰一下運氣,但小丸子都算做得幾好,夠煙韌,而且份量夠大杯。芒果不算很深色,甜度欠奉,慶幸不算太酸。小丸子做得不錯。始終港島西區還算初開發,相信要長一點時間才有更多餐廳進駐,有競爭,才有進步,但小店,大家還是要撐的。

超挑萬選,最後選了這款經典許X山的飲品,價錢算幾抵,芒果都算幾多,但係不夠甜,始終冬天食芒果,總要碰一下運氣,但小丸子都算做得幾好,夠煙韌,而且份量夠大杯。

曾經從經常出入西環的友人的口中聽到,算是集體回憶吧?晚餐之後嗜甜胃口頓時開啟,還是想吃點熱的暖暖胃,糖水是最好不過的。對這邊不熟悉,好在友人知得多,提起了可可店,讓我也突然想起這家小店。  走了不到五分鐘就到達,要不是友人發現店子招牌,也許會忽略掉。但看那新簇簇的店面及內部裝潢,沒有友人們說的集體回憶老店的模樣啊。而且可可店原來不是只賣糖水的,也有小吃及小菜等可嚐。只是不知道味道及質量是不是如昔日那般呢?  喳咋 $17的賣相不太吸引,但暖熱而份量合宜。甜度不高,也沒有加椰奶,食時來得不膩。材料足,每舀一下都是滿滿的,不過不稠身,沒那麼易飽滯。另有一款叫喳咋西米露的,不知道又是如何的了。

曾聽說可可店的蛋煎腸粉是全港最好食的 當然要來探個究竟!🤔 腸粉不是普通的齋腸 而是蝦米腸☺️ 滑溜程度就普通 而且蛋漿並沒有平均地包裹著每一條腸粉 大部份的腸粉都是沒有蛋漿的 相中最前面那一條已是最有蛋漿的了😢 最重點是一點都不脆口 蛋煎腸粉的重點就是要脆! 這碟完全做不到 好失望😟

朋友揸車帶我去的,如果唔係都幾唔方便!諗唔到佢嘅咖喱汁都幾辣!叫咗腸粉煎蛋加咖喱汁不過好漏,煎蘿蔔糕同咖哩蘿白正常口味!朋友介紹的炸腐皮角香脆惹味,勁好味不過好貴!$31蚊得8件倒!

有咸又有甜,乜都有小食店!多謝朋友仔既好介紹!炸雲吞~炸得香脆又唔油,脆卜卜,兩啖一口,再加沙律醬,好味道!腐足雞蛋糖水加蛋~腐足煲得全溶化了,而且煲得不太甜,雞蛋亦不會過熟,蛋味好香!雖然待應姐姐態度一般,但可以理解的!小店繼續努力吧!下次再試你的腸粉了!
